1 starI used Morgan and Morgan for an auto accident for an accident that happened in 2023 and I had the worst experience ever. The communication with this law firm is absolutely terrible, I would have to leave multiple emails, messages and texts every time that I needed to speak with someone and half of the time I would still not get a response until I called their customer satisfaction line and left a complaint. I had to leave a complaint at least 3 times over the period of 2 years. When I did speak with someone on the team I always felt like they had no clue what was going on with my case and each person I talked to would tell me something different. It also seems like they wanted to go to litigation immediately which of course was a better fee for them. As soon as they went into litigation, they immediately got a deal and still was not the max for my uninsured motorist policy which is what I was trying to get for future medical bills. It seemed like the medical bills did not add up in my opinion and they did not try hard to get them reduced. Out of a 20k settlement I only walked away with about 3k if it was even that much. They of course got their entire amount which I believe was 8 or 9k. It is one of 2 things either the attorneys they hire have no clue what they are doing, or they just don't care to try hard enough for the client. I even had issues getting the check for ****** for the amount they held in trust for 90 days, check was written on 6/4/25 and I received it 6/30/25. Ridiculous!!! Not to mention it took forever to reach someone about that and when I did I was brushed off. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone in the future. I really feel like they are more concerned about their own pockets and not about their injured clients. What future medical bills can I pay with 3k. I only gave a 1 star because I had to, it would definitely have been 0 if that was possible. I am sure I am not the first client that has been treated this way! DON'T USE THEMReview fromKathleen K

1 starDo not use Morgan and Morgan if you have an injury. I received a settlement and they took more than the 40%. I never even received 40% of my settlement. They charged $5000 for a life coach I never saw. Find a different law firm. And keep your doctor visits to Elite Orthopedics to a minimum if you do use them. They charge $800 a visit and they have left me with a leg injury and also got a chunk of my settlement. ******** ****Review fromH. L.

Dismissed refused to take case didn't regulate the case put me on hold didn't hear even hear what I had to say refuse to even listen to me ask me stupid but little questions that didn't even wouldn't even Implement for me to have a lawyer take the case and then the fact that she transferred me to the ******************** why the h*** are you guys in business if you guys are referring people yo this Law Firm is a joke it's a complete joke they're misguiding and they have so much commercials out that they're not even helping people they're helping themselves act like they're billionaires and helping themselves act like they're good lawyers they don't even take simple cases on that is a great win like you guys are fake as h*** stop entrepreneuring you're for the people you ain't for the people you're for yourselves the fact that you guys can't even work with simple cases and help people understand different cases that could be detrimental and help them it doesn't seem like you guys have a wanting caring body in your bone at all for anybody so at the fact at the end of the day that you guys keep asking stupid questions that are irrelative and putting me on hold not even hearing what I'm saying is an abusive Law Firm so thank you once again Morgan & Morgan showing your true colors and acting as if you are for the people which clearly you are not let's put that in real actual terms you people are not for the people you people do not care about people and the fact that you had transfer me to two different people and then transfer me to some stupid web page I want to talk to a person is unprofessional and it seems like you guys have a lot of issues dealing with people because at the end of the day I haven't seen a five-star review on this website because y'all do not actually execute what you are selling through the TV which you are not for the people I have not once had a great experience with you people and this is continuous oh I'm sorry it looks like we can't takeMorgan & Morgan

It's not a thought it actually happened so the fact that you have an AI computer typing that is completely uncareeless and completely unsensible to the nature of the problem. The nature of the problem if you would listen and a knowledge and the lady wasn't putting me on hold every 5 seconds it would definitely be in the lines of you taking the case. Not only is my dad, a lawyer in criminal cases, but the fact that you guys are a billion dollar company actually almost a trillion dollar company and I've dealt with many cases and the fact that you guys are there simply saying oh some cases we don't case take is BS and the continuance of you telling me something that is completely not from a person is highly obtained of an illegal disobligation from actually doing your job and obligation that you have advertised that you do. You're not for the people you're for yourself. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Morgan & Morgan. My case was held for over eight months with little to no communication from the firm. Despite signing all necessary paperwork, my case was never filed with the courts, and no real effort was made to negotiate or move it forward.Initially, I believed ******* ***** was handling my case, but it was later shifted to **** ******, who consistently seemed unaware of the details. I also had interactions with attorneys ****** ******** and Ke' OSHA ********, but overall, the handling of my case felt disorganized and careless.**** ****** once mentioned there were talks with ******* regarding my case, but I was never provided with any information, documentation, or updates about those discussions. Despite my repeated requests, I was never given access to the ******* video footage that could have been critical to my case. Whether they attempted to obtain it or not remains ********** experience has led me to believe that Morgan & Morgan may prioritize larger, high-profile cases over individuals with smaller claims. Their slogan, For The People, certainly did not ring true in my situation. I hired Morgan & Morgan in December ******* for a severe car accident that I endured in which the other individual was at fault as a result of being *****d by ** police. I was told by attorney *********** Getty in which I still have the saved text messages that they would pursue litigation against the district because the ***** wasnt in result of eminent danger. I suffered a damage nervous system, broken ribs, fractured sternum, fracture socket, broken jaw, broken nose, plate implants, and damage heart muscles just for them to drop my case with no express reason about 5 days ago. This company is horrible. They lack adequate communication. Do not keep you informed. Tell you one thing and do another. The Attorney *********** Getty was switched and replaced by ********* ****; who was rude and disrespectful. Then *********** Getty came back into my case in the end just as to release me as a client without explaining why. No reason at all. I have over 100,00$ in medical bills. And they still have $50,000 in escrow for uninsured payout from my insurance which I couldve practically done myself. Look at their reviews on Glassdoor. Wish I would have. The first consultation i was transferred to a lawyer who said I did not have a case. The 2nd time, I was contacted by a morgan and morgan phone number with the 321 area code. I was consulted and then placed with another attorney. The attorney asked questions then began to ask ones that did not make sense. He said "I don't know if you are deaf lady, but you need to listen to the question". I immediately asked for a supervisor and he hung up. Upon calling back his supervisor "*****" said it was not a lawyer I was speaking with and they would never say those things. He was protecting his lawyer. I am a current client for Morgan & Morgan. This is my second time going to them. First time they communicated with me was on top of everything I received a check up call every month. Fast forward to my second case the one currently active. No communication at all. Legally you have the right to know what is it your being offered and when the offer was sent. 30 days have passed and yet to get a legal response even after calling and texting both case manager and lawyer. This is very much malpractice! This has been going on since this lawyer has gotten on my case from when it started. I got a different case manager. Which made me start paperwork all over again! This is un real I never went thru this with Morgan and Morgan! I guess after this case is over I am walking away from Morgan and Morgan forever still debating on filing a complaint thru the courts. First I was telling everyone I knew call Morgan and Morgan that was 4 years ago now times have changed they are no longer for the people !Morgan & Morgan

I feel they didn't fight to get what I deserved.. I have permanent disc problems in my back and neck..forcing me to resign from my woodworking career of forty+ years.. I had to buy a new vehicle since other was totaled.. I am struggling badly to feed my four children because I can't work.. they took 21 grand..only got me 29 grand.. which didn't even pay for my car to be replaced.. I'm needing surgery.. Apparently Morgan and Morgan doesn't care about everyone especially if it's a complicated case, I guess their ads should say "we only take easy cases". My story of my wife dying in a *************** is complicated and there's absolutely no way to explain everything over the phone so I have to do a shortened version then they're not interested at all when it takes time to connect the dots. They don't care that my wife got a hospital acquired infection (MSSA) that went under treated for over 2 months which the second infectious disease doctor stated in her report which made her more susceptible to future infections which is exactly what happened. They don't care that my wife was flooded with long term IV broad spectrum antibiotics multiple times in 5 months even when targeted antibiotics were available. It's been proven that long term broad spectrum antibiotics will damage the natural ***** of the body especially in older adults and affecting outcomes like response to cancer immunotherapy and increasing susceptibility to infections which happened to my wife getting more infections. They don't care that an infectious disease doctor gave my wife toxic levels of Vancomycin while she had sepsis which is proven to be harmful at toxic levels besides the sepsis. They don't care that my wife died from sepsis in her lungs that was never there the first 2 weeks in the hospital. They also didn't care that an infectious disease doctor was only guessing what the problem was for the first 19 days in the hospital.
