    I'm just at the early stage of inputting products for my restaurant into the EPOS system I fancied getting pointers before I jumped-in without any previous knowledge. The EPOS now helper (Mikel) was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the system but more importantly listened to my need and used the system to its most effective to point me in the right direction for my specific needs. Also the software used is intuitive and well designed - for my needs at least. Thanks Mikel ! I'm also confident that any future calls will have the same vibe. Mark M

    this company lies and will over charge you by hundreds of dollars. I am a small woman ran business trying to get open. I have had speed bumps along the way trying to get open. Instead of being helpful the customer service is rude. They have charged me hundreds of dollars more than I signed up for. No joke they have charged me close to $300 a month plus the monthly subscription fee on top of a fee for not being integrated, which I did. They have been horrible at understanding what my business is going through. Not to mention the so called management and supervisors sending me an email of them talking trash about me. Pure laziness not to start a new email and super unprofessional. Now I am fighting to get out of a contract that I didn't even realize I had entered. The sales people sell you the moon and lie about what you are getting. On top of that the equipment is super hard to set up and with little to no help with them. The equipment also is bulky and looks out dated. If I could give no stars I would. Please stay far away from this company.

    In regards to your points raised around cost, currently Epos Now is charging you $59 a month for your POS contract as agreed at point of sale, You are also currently being billed $20 for payment premium which is a charge added to your account in the event you are not processing credit card payments on the system within 60 days of activation.

    You referenced $300 a month however we can 100% guarantee your bill to Epos Now is $79 at present, you can reduce this to $59 once you are processing card payments.

    You also referenced the hardware being challenging to setup, if you are able to contact our service team on 855-434-3767 option 2 we are confident we can get your hardware setup over the phone in quick time.     Mikel ****** was amazing this afternoon. After 2 previous attempts with 2 other techs, I was about to give up. But I called 1 more time and got Mikel. He listened to my issue and took his time to make sure he covered everything he could to fix the issue. Turned out to be a software problem and he got the right people working on it. Thank you Mikel.
