    Epos now took my money and do not want to return it, even after I declined their product. They stated that I had an account with them and in the process refused to return my funds.

    I was scammed into purchasing the pos system. I was never told by Michael ******** the sales representative. The only thing he said was that their services would cost $35 per month. After I started the onboarding, the agreement mentioned it would be a 1-3 years contract which I would have never agreed to pay the invoice. I never signed the agreement. I had requested to cancel my account.

    Ordered POS system. They charged my account. Computer was shipped but rejected at carrier and sent back. After 2 weeks of back and forth, I still don't have the computer or tracking number for the computer. Really feel like they took my money and ran.

    THIS IS A FOREIGN SCAM COMPANY !!!AVOID!!!

    They are posting fraudulent charges to my bank account. I have no recourse because they operate offshore through internet phone providers. Red flag #1. The only way to stop them from stealing will be to close my bank account but my bank is closed so they continue to draft at will.
    Please use a domestic firm to entrust access to your debit/bank system. I shouldn't have fallen for this scam company but they have a nice website to cover. That's my bad!

    To whom it may concern,
    I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!!!!!!
    I've had issues with this company because of the monthly fee being 64.00 and I said no to that well he said my manager said they would do 39.00 a month I still said no and we agreed upon 19.00 as a monthly fee on the third phoner call. Well when I printed out the invoice it said 39..00 monthly so I immediately called and said I was haggled and lied to in order for them to make the sale .I said DO NOT SEND ME THE SYSTEM . They said to late I was already entered in to a contract and I've had issues with them since .I'm stuck with a product that I cant use and they refuse to take back the system and said I'm liable for the charges. so its never been out of the box. What bothers me the most was the matter of dishonesty. And the misleading of the system that i needed for a small hot dog cart. I've talked with several customer reps and managers, Still nothing is resolved. All I want them to do is take back the system and refund my 299.00 .As a small business owner, this has had a negative impact upon my ability to conduct sales and accept credit cards as a form of payment..

    The business scams the customer into locking in a rate for promo deal but not clarifying you are creating a contract .
    There is no one that will assist even though there was any finalized agreement.
    The agents apparently work on commissions and not honest on articulating how the process really works .
    There is no leadership that can assist and will not but only state you have entered into a contract .
    Contracts are sealed when it’s finalized and this was never the case
    They aren’t interested in customer experience at all .

    It’s disappointing to end a business relationship on bad terms. But when both parties can’t agree on equitable solutions that is the result. We went without service for two weeks. Imagine a brick and mortar (restaurant) unable to take credit card payments? More than half of our customers walked out immediately when we told them our system was down and we could only accept cash. After several calls and no resolution we made the decision to find a new pos system. The only thing we asked when closing our account is if we could be credited for half a month’s service. On logic alone it seems like a fair and equitable request. Clearly this company didn’t think so or just doesn’t care about its customers. Luckily, for us, this didn’t amount to a huge bill. But for those companies that have multi year contracts with this company a little issue could result in a hefty bill. Beware.

    There are special difficulties in running a pub, but Epos Now takes care of everything, from ordering meals to collecting payments. During peak hours, the kitchen display feature makes sure everything functions properly. Both customers and I are satisfied!

    Running my little convenience business has been so much easier thanks to EposNow! Every encounter with their training and support staff has been enjoyable, from configuring barcode scanners to handling inventories. One morning, I had trouble loading my till, but their live chat agent quickly helped and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes.
