    SCAM!! They are spamming my phone with text messages then send you a shady site. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

    This is more of a warning than a complaint.
    Total scammers.
    First off, how can they be publishing professionals when there are multiple spelling and punctuation errors in their correspondence.
    The person I was talking to sounded like he was in a boiler room, a telemarketing operation. They wanted more than $1,200 and made a bunch of promises. I said I was in So California, just an hour away from their alleged Glendale office, I said I would drop by. He said, "We do not entertain clients in person, just over the phone." That's a quote. Let that sink in. They wanted money but it isn't company policy to personally meet.
    One review I saw was from a real author who was used as a reference but that author had no relationship with them whatsoever.
    Also, English apparently wasn't the guy's first language.
    Amateur scammers.

    I paid them $2200 and the company didn't produce anything but kept asking for more money. Foreign company. They get individuals from their company to do reviews. Scam Artist
