We took my son to red lobster last night for his 18th birthday and my brother for his 17th. Our party of 12 experienced a horrible visit. I called when the restaurant opened to see if we could reserve space and was told it was first come. We arrived right before 6pm the hostess takes our information and says nothing just walked off. We waited about 10 minutes another associate came out and said we could wait for the largest booth and it would be 30 minutes or so. We declined and took second option of splitting the booths and we’d all be in same section. She said I’ll prep tables and get you back. We waited 35 minutes our server came and was very rude from start of taking drink orders saying things like I’m the only one serving you all and you’d need be patient. We understood it was a lot and gave her a chance but she persisted with attitude we asked for mgr. It ended up we got a new server who was more pleasant however from the biscuits coming out burned charred to uncooked shrimp the food was horrible we paid on one ticket as I was taking care of bill and the waitress added the tip on herself of almost 70 dollars I mean everything was horrible the food came out wrong dry barely fried or burned at the end the kids didn’t get sundaes we ordered we had to ask for them and the birthday boys got no ice cream as promised until we brought it up she was just set on getting bill paid there was excuses after excuses from the oven being too high to new cooks we normally don’t patronize the location in Anderson anymore because we live in Greenville however this location was good for our celebration everything was awful the manager did nothing for the experience and we are truly upset after paying nearly 400 for food no one really ateBusiness Response

I placed a delivery order may 14, 2023 on the Red Lobster website at 3:00 pm. Ordered from Aurora, Colorado location. Driver did not knock or call. Order was marked delivered, I received notification but food was not left where I instructed. Have searched the area, and made attempt to contact driver. No response from driver. I emailed the restaurant through their support option on the website, no one from their customer service team has responded or addressed the issue. On may 10, 2023, I ordered the endless shrimp dinner, for $20. I did not order anything else except for my 1st order of shrimp. I did not finish my order and was refused a to go box for the left over shrimp that was on my plate. I paid $20 for my meal, did not order more than my original order. I felt this was completely out of line. I did have the manger come over and he said that you are not allowed to take anything home. My bill was over $60.Business Response

On Saturday April 15 2023 I placed an order with Red Lobster for delivery, order number ***************** for 147.22 dollars which has a reward loyalty points for 147. The receipt that was attached to the bag, in the outside has a set of numbers to enter or scan in the app for points, **** **** ****. When I tried to scan the receipt it said: this receipt has already been scanned. Those are my points from my purchase, and I need my pints back, it is unacceptable that someone else scan my receipt and steels my points, I need my pints back.Business Response

On Wens 3/8/23, we dined at the Red Lobster in Odessa Tx around 5-5:30 pm. Husband ordered a bowl of clam chowder $7.49 & side Caesar salad $4.99 = $12.48. I ordered an entree Caesar Salad ($9.99) w/ chicken = $12.24.
When our food arrived (not delivered by our waitress) our salads were in the same exact size bowls, same size salad, but mine also had chicken. I ordered an entree salad, but received a side salad. No waitress in sight to query. I wrongly assumed that I would only be charged for what I received.
When we were presented with our ticket…..on the little machine, of course….the $12.48 soup/salad was charged as ENDLESS soup/salad $13.99. When my husband asked why, the waitress said that it was cheaper to ring it up this way. Ummm, no it’s not. Nor did we see endless S/S on the menu, or ever told this was a special or even an option.
My side salad $4.99 w/chicken +$2.25 was charged as an entree Caesar salad w/chicken $12.24. And when I inquired WHY I was being charged for an entree-sized salad $9.99, when I only received a side salad $4.99, the waitress said they didn’t have any clean entree-size bowls, so she had to put it in the smaller bowl. (Literally… THAT was her explanation) I guess it never occurred to her that she could/should have put an entree sized salad on a plate. OR at least advise as to the lack of dishes and ask if I wanted something different.
I objected to being charged for an entree salad when I only received a side salad, so she said she would “fix it”. She got the manager and their solution was to charge me $4.49 for a side garden salad and $6.49 for Xtra chicken tenders = $10.98, even tho I did not receive any chicken tenders. She said this was the best she could do and walked away.
Truly an unbelievably ridiculous experience. I am appalled that any wait staff OR manager would view this as proper treatment of their customers. This for certain will be our very last visit to any Red Lobster.Business Response

Went to red lobster with my husband and kids tonight 2/14/23 around 830. We waited forever for bread to come out. The waitress brought it w the drinks. My baby ate the bread and she didn't like it and got sick. She threw up on the plate as I didn't want a mess all over your rugs so kept her near the plate so it got on the plate and all over her. I proceeded to leave to the bathroom with her and to take her to the car and we saw the waitress she said every thing ok I said no baby threw up and I watched her roll her eyes. I took baby to bathroom to change her shirt and took her to the car. My husband told me waitress told him to take the plate to the bathroom and throw it away. Really? She didn't offer to help take the plate that had vomit all over it or clean the area and left it while everyone was eating their meals. Unacceptable. No its not her fault but I made sure baby didn't vomit all over the rugs. She should have assisted in moving the plate so the family could eat without smelling vomit. She was just rude. Period. My husband was waiting for waitress to take the bill and took forever and left to go-to the car and my daugjter was soposed to get the change. The waitress approached my daugjter rudly and said. You need change? She said yes. And then said u know there's only a $4 tip here. Where's your parents. Do they know your only leaving me $4. My daugjter told me this and I am livid. Who says that and she should have e helped get rid of the plate that had vomit all over it. Instead of telling my family to take the plate to the bathroom and throw it away. Idk what type of waitress skills this lady has but needs some training on how to treat customers. I didn't eat at all nor did my kids. Everyone needed up going home id disgust. I'll never go to red lobster in Middletown ny again. 217 ?ill for food I didn't eebn get to eat. Things happen. On February 4th my family and I dined in at Reb Lobster. Before seated we were told that there will be a fifteen minute wait although there was a ton of customers waiting to be seated in the waiting area. I received a text message that we had been placed in the queue at 5:24p for a table. We were seated within 30 minutes of arriving to the restaurant and placed our order as usual. We were served our salads, bread, and drinks shortly after arriving to the table. After placing our order the waitress told everyone in our section that the kitchen was backed up and because we had waited so patiently that we would get a free dessert. The time was now 7:30p and we still had not received our food, remaining positive we all agreed that at least our food will be fresh and delicious whenever it did come out. Sadly, we the food arrived 2 hours and 45 minutes later our lobster tails were slimy, there were legs missing from the cluster of crabs, and the potatoes were overcook but cold. The table behind us sent their meals back and the manager comped their meals and gave them a $25 gift card to come back. I did not want to make a big fuss and I never send meals back but I asked to see the manager because we had waited patiently for our meals and we didn't want any free desserts, we just wanted good meals. The manager looked at our meals and he knew that they were not up to par and told us he would give us a discount. The total amount for my husband, mother in law, brother in law, and myself was $159.34 after the discount. The manager only gave us a $24.90 discount for the 4 meals.Business Response
