    I am rejecting this response because:
    CHOICE Home Warranty said there was specific wording that caused the denial of my claim, including unattached and improperly installed. You and I both know that is not an accurate description for what was happening. My claim was never reconciled to be worded properly so that the problem could be fixed. Also, I tried to call you MULTIPLE times for an estimate to do the repair without the warranty company simply because I needed a working sink. And the bathroom faucet that was leaking at the base WAS approved to be repaired by the warranty company and you never got back to me to schedule it to be fixed.

Doing any work and 2. now voiding my kitchen sink from being covered under the home warranty because of the INACCURATE description they gave the warranty company). 3 weeks later, I have STILL not heard back from "Integrity" with an estimate and I've tried to call them SEVERAL times and they do not answer the phone, call back after leaving a voice mail, or respond to text message. In my opinion, they are not only a poorly run business, but they basically stole money from me.

    I have attached 3 pictures that show the following points which address all of the clients complaints:

    1st: Work Orde instructions from Choice home warranty
    The purpose of this screenshot is to show the conditions that we agree to when we address these claims. On there you will see that we are required to collect a diagnostic fee in order to be able to continue with diagnostic process. The funds that we collected from her are for the diagnostic that we submitted to the warranty company. We rendered the services for those funds acquired. Nobody stole from her.

    2nd: Screenshot of our reply to the warranty stating that the client DID NOT TOUCH the ptrap. We never once mentioned that the client herself touched anything under the sink. In this screenshot you will also see the response from Choice's auth team where they acknowledge my message.

    3rd: Screenshot of the ptrap system: This is how the technician found the ptrap system. In NONE of our communication with the warranty do we state that this is improper. We only stated what we observed in our findings, which was that the ptrap came undone and we would have to reset it.
