      ?Do not use them. They are a scam. They list a price, then they call you to raise the price and when you get to the airport you have to actually pay for your seats on each leg of your trip!!!?

      Worst experience ever! I booked airfare for 2 in February 2024 on the just air ticket website. Original flight cost $1,011.00,which included baggage. On August 4th my mother realized the airfare never showed on her credit card statement.When I called just air ticket I was told the transaction wouldn't go through due to the wrong address information. I verified the info with them and stated that it was correct. Since we were 2 weeks away from our trip I asked if they could book us on another flight, which they did for the exact same price. When I tried to check in online it wouldn't go through so I decided to check in at the airport. I was told that I couldn't check in because we were on standby and our bags were not included, so we had to pay for them again. I called justairticket and was told baggage is never included in the airfare, even though we paid for it when I originally booked the flight. So in actuality, we weren't even guaranteed a seat on the flight. The stress and aggravation was horrible. I hope the BBB will look into this company.

      Deceptive agents. Was told originally that our seats were unavailable, then agent Tony came back online and said we could get the seats if we pay over $200.00 more. Refused for us to speak with management. Had to get credit card transaction reversed thru fraud department. BEWARE of this site
