    We had a great experience with DVC Resale Market, Inc. ***** **** was our sales associate and she was knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with in June of 2024. Our experience was so great, we elected to work with ***** and the *** Resale team again in May of 2025 when we wanted to add on points to our existing *** membership. The process is easy and the *** team is there to answer your questions and help guide you along the way. The DVC Resale Market app is also helpful during the searching process. We definitely recommend ***** and DVC Resale Market if you are considering buying or selling a *** membership,

    The DVC Resale Market associate with whom I worked was and is **** *******. My wife and I bought into *** in 2000, had excellent vacations because of it. I had no idea how to resell our interest, did some research and chose DVC Resale. **** knew exactly how to approach the resale, asked smart questions and made the process work smoothly.**** would always return my calls, usually as soon as she got off the phone with another client. She was and remains calm and smart about the details needed to make it all work. Getting all the documents in order was a snap.Excellent experience

    Sadly, I had to sell my ****** ************* membership - just could not take vacations often enough and was loosing out. I contacted DVC Resale Market and was contacted by ************* day, Monday Jan 6, 2025. She sent me instructions and paperwork to e-sign and started the process. I emailed everything back at 10:00 pm that night and received an offer on Saturday Jan 11th from *************** I responded with a counter offer, *** sent it to them and the seller accepted! *** set the team there working on my account and I closed on Monday, February 10th! The biggest delay was with ******'s First Right Of refusal... The whole process took just over a month! The team at DVC Resale Market was very courteous, professional and wasted NO TIME handling my case. I highly recommend DVC Resale Market if you are considering selling your DVC membership.

    We recently worked with **** at the DVC Resale Market. She was FANTASTIC! Very knowledgeable and responsive, even to my questions at 800p on a Saturday! Within 48 hours of engaging her, we had submitted offers on two separate contracts, had the offers accepted, and had them both sent to ****** for ****. We were very excited and couldnt recommend DVC Resale Market, or ****, any more highly!

    I am so excited to announce and share that I am finally a DVC member *** always wanted to explore the options and get an opportunity to be apart of DVC after years of going to ****** and now that I have my own family it just made since to finally do my research and make that call. I first called directly over to ****** then called DVC Resale Market I spoke with *********************** and right away knew that I had a new home with them At DVCRM. **** was Amazing she answered any questions or concerns I had. she was knowledgeable, honest, warm, down to earth and responsive. She always got back to me right away. I told her my wants and needs for picking a home resort. I wanted to be in close proximity to the parks and be able to watch fireworks from my balcony. She not only helped me find the perfect home resort but she found us the perfect contract At ***********************************. Everything went so smooth and she was so patient with me and wasnt pushy. I absolutely love working with ****.     We appreciate the feedback and always strive for complete satisfaction in every transaction. In a *********** sale the closing (completion) is conducted by a title company. Clients of our firm are provided an email update for every milestone of the purchase process, a total 8 email updates were sent out to you during the 42 days from offer being placed to closing. The title company completed the transaction and sent a detailed closing notice on Aug. 9th. We were happy to deliver your closing 20 days faster than the contract agreement date so you would be able to start enjoying your Membership purchase sooner.

    My family and I are huge ****** fans and we finally decided to pull the trigger on 2 resale contracts this past 2 months. We bought 1 BWV and 1 BLT contract so that we could walk to *****************, *****, and **************I had initially reached out to **** In January of this year about my interest. She was so kind and set up a phone call and answered all of my questions. I told her that at that time we weren't ready to buy into DVC but that it would happen later on in the year. She said no problem and that I could reach out to her at anytime and that there was no pressure.I reached out to her in the beginning of June and it just so happened that she was GETTING MARRIED that weekend (Congrats again ****!), so her colleague ***** reached out to me right away to help. ***** had helped me out with a contract, but unfortunately it didn't work out with the seller. So when **** got back she helped me with the purchase of 2 contracts. **** was not only kind, responsive, and respectful, she was also a huge advocate for me when looking at all the listings. She never judged or balked at any offers that I had (unlike some other companies). She is a great communicator and was extremely responsive. Even through tough times with our closing company, **** was always there. She is such an asset to DVC resale market and I look forward to working with her again when we decide to add another contract. Thank you to DVC Resale Market and all the staff. You guys are amazing and such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in buying a DVC resale contract. If you are looking for an agent - I also high recommend ****!Have a Magical Day!
