  Over a period of eight years, my wife and I have bought and sold several DVC timeshare contracts, changing base locations and use years. Our experiences with the DVC Resale Market representative, Jodi Gross, have been nothing but pleasurable and rewarding. Over the years, we have built a relationship of trust and cooperation with Jodi as she has always kept us informed of the timeshare market situations and was willing to get involved when follow-up was required.
  On one occasion, the seller of a timeshare was not sending in the completed documents, Jodi contacted the seller to facilitate a quick resolution. On a second situation, a seller posted a contract at a relatively high dollar amount. We discussed with Jodi what a fair price would be for both parties and Jodi presented our adjusted offer very professionally to successfully complete the transaction.
  Extremely pleasant, professional (with a good sense of humor), great follow-up and a high level of integrity, Jodi made our timeshare dealings very enjoyable.

  If you are a fan of Disney World like I am, you have heard of the Disney Vacation Club ( DVC). It's a great way of using the hotels and villas. I have been a member for a number of years. However lately the point prices have been out of the World.
  I have found a solution when I want to purchase more points - DVC Resale Market, Inc. You can find their site easily online.
  I highly recommend this company. Their Villa & room points can be up to 50% off the Disney regular prices. Their agents know what is going on in Disney World. They are knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. All the agents I have dealt with have these qualities, especially Linda Smith the agent I have been working with for a number of years.
  Linda has guided me in the right direction and made appropriate recommendations for my purchases.
  Whether you are interested in becoming a new member of DVC or just adding points to your properties, this is the way to go!

  We have been very happy so far with Linda and Rob who are the agents we have been dealing with. We have had good responses from both whenever we have had a question and feel that our resale is being handled efficiently and well.

  Linda and the rest of the team at DVC Resale Market have been absolutely incredible to work with. I had no idea that it would be such a frictionless experience to resell our contracts. I recommend DVC Resale Market to anyone.

  These folks are great - plain and simple! We worked with them on our first DVC purchase: a resale contract at Bay Lake. Karen was our sales rep. She consistently went out of her way to help get us all the information we could need to make a good decision, and she was very helpful. The best part of this company was the very high level of communication they provided. With many other companies, Disney included, it's often frustratingly hard to try to reach someone in-person to be able to get your questions answers. These folks were amazingly proactive and reached out to us on numerous occasions throughout the buying process. Quite simply, if you're in the market for a DVC resale contract, this is a GREAT place to go. In general, the people at World of DVC continue to provide a level of service that is all-too-often absent in modern times. Kudos to Karen and the whole team!

  I listed our VB contract for sale with Karen ****** in January, 2022. Due to buying a new home in May, I felt the extra money from the DVC sale would be handy.
  
  Karen was so helpful setting an initial price per point, and answered many questions that I had along the way. I had a few offers on the contract that Karen and I talked about, and was instrumental in coaching us on how to counter offer and made suggestions.
  
  Karen has years of experience with DVC and DVC Resale Market. I could tell she was a seasoned rep, based on her immediate answers and knowledge of the industry.
  
  Because the market has been quite crowded with resale contracts, and based on the fact we received several offers that did not make sense and ultimately rejected, the contract took about 7 months to sell. Karen reassured me the contract would sell when the offer was right and she was correct! I was willing to wait for the appropriate buyer and place.
  
  I would highly recommend Karen as an agent to work with!

  Linda **** is an excellent sales person. She was easy to work with, very professional and was always available to talk to us; most of the time she answered the phone, and if not, got back to us immediately. If you are looking for an excellent representative we would highly recommend Linda.
