****************** did an outstanding job in renting 2 timeshare units for me. Her timeshare expertise produced renters at market prices which she recommended. She has a deep understanding of the time share rental market and kept me informed of developments of similar units. I am working with ****** for over a decade with my many Hilton timeshares. It is a pleasure working with her. She is professional and we spoke many times on the phone.I did read the reviews since 2022+. Some years are better than others and 2023 and 2024 were not good years as long as the interest rates are so high the real estate and rental market is though, because people have no money to spend. There was a year after *****, when everybody saved a lot of money, I could rent out in one year all timeshares for two years.... So it is a sort of timing and luck.Timeshares Only LLC

I have worked with ***************** for years at Timeshares Only as an owner renting my timeshare week. She gives great advice about renting (pricing, location) is very efficient. She answers questions promptly. She is also very fair and honest. I have total faith in ******. I can't imaging working with anyone else and plan to stay with her.Timeshares Only LLC
