******* is in the rental section of Timeshares Only. I found her to be very pleasant, precise and patient to work with. She explained her online process and requirements in order to meet my goal. It took patience on my part and the changing twice of my reservation dates and settling on attractive pricing to get through this first step in selling my timeshare (I am no longer able to travel) i.e. to get a potential buyer to try my resort out and enjoy how wonderful it truly is at the resort and be near so many places to go and things to do in *******. I would recommend working with *******.

I have used Timeshares Only rental program for three different rentals in two different timeshare locations where I am an owner. In each instance I had a confirmed reservation that I wanted to rent since I could not use the week as planned. I wasn't looking for a huge sum, just something to help me offset the maintenance fee. ******* was very helpful in setting a rental figure that was competitive with other vacation resorts and succeeded in obtaining renters. All three weeks were rented, one of them within one day of the listing, another just six weeks before the reserved week. I am satisfied with the service that Timeshares Only provided.Timeshares Only LLC

I was about to give them my timeshare to sell it for me, plus also pay them about $1000, but because of your helpful reviews I won't do it. I feel for you all. Mr. *** has never done business with us. We explained our service to him and he decided that it was not a good match for him. Some timeshare ownerships sell very quicjly on the resale market, some take longer and some never sell. Tiemshares Only is an advertising company - we advertise the ownerships for sale the same way that a classified advertisment would. The main difference is that we continue to market until sold, we do not charge a renewal fee, and we have relationships with licensed brokers who we can refer the seller to when a buyer is found. I'm sorry that this owner does not like our business model but it is unfair for him to leave a negative review when he has never used our servie, expecially since thousands of owners have sold their ownerships after posting with us, I would encourage the Better Business Bureau to remove this review as Mr. *** is not a client of ours and has only spoken with us one time for 13 minutes and 31 seconds.Review fromGayle H

I can verify that every complaint made about Timeshares Only has been proven to be true for me, as well. I too, wish I had done more research before I paid them $1,139.84, on July 17, 2023. To ******* wonder, I was told by Silverleaf Resorts (Holiday Inn Resorts) that this was the only company they would recommend to help relieve me of my timeshare. Then to be told by other companies that they are in cohots with Timeshares Only, and there will be no relief for you. I have found all this to be fact. There does not seem to be an honest person or firm in this type of business anywhere to be found. Personally, I could NOT work for a business that depended on the honest person to pay them thousands for their help, knowing that when it's all said and done, they will never get what they thought they were paying for. Ms. Henson placed two properties for sale on our website, TImesharesOnly.com, approximately nine months ago. Her properties are still being advertised as we speak. Our services were fully explained to Ms. Henson, and she was told explicityly that our company could not guarantee that her vacation ownerships would sell in a specific time frame, for a specific amount or even sell at all. This is also true of a newspaper's classified advertisement - they cannot guarantee if an appliance that they are advertising for sale will sell. Their job is strictly to get it in front of possible buyers, just the same as ours. A timeshare is not like a house, there is no multiple listing service just for them, and so often they need to be advertised through a company that specializes in them so that prospective buys can see them available. At no time was this client given a false expection.
We ask all ownes to touch base with us every six to eight weeks, and we reach out with updates as well. In addition, we also have an excellent rental program and would be happy to try to rent her ownerships while she is waiting for them to sell so that she can recoup some of the money she is paying in maintenance fees.Review fromRaquel T

"Timeshares Only is a leader in the timeshare industry because we don't settle for doing things the way they've always been done. There are too many websites out there that have timeshares posted for sale and rent but offer no real value to consumers." This is from their website. Over 2 years later and $600 down the drain, they have proven to be just this, "no real value to consumers". These reps have been running this scam for a really long time and it proves to be effective for hopeful TimeShare owners like me. TimeShare owners who sought relief from a TimeShare company who had already taken advantage of us, only to do the same. It's amazing how when you first speak to these people, they have so much confidence in their abilities to help get rid of this burden, but once you hand over the money, it's a different story. Now there's no guarantees ... PERIOD, and they swear up and down that they've made this clear beforehand. THEY HAVE NOT! They boast about being a reputable business, but they have proven to be as fake as their promises. By doing our own research we have found more valuable information, and more hope than they have ever given. We should have done this in the beginning, but we had no idea how to go about it, which is why we were so easily scammed. Do not allow them to prey on your misfortune! Do the research yourself and keep leeches like this from staying in business by feeding off desperate ignorance. I will continue to post reviews and complaints in various sites in hopes that it keeps anyone from making the same mistake I did. Hello, I was able to locate your file, and I see that you placed your vacation property for sale on our website in July of 2021. While I understand your frustration, please keep in mind that although timeshares are bought and sold every single day on the resale market, there is no way to predict when, or if, any one advertised property will sell.
Because there is not a multiple listing service for timeshares, as there is for residential real estate, it is often necessary to advertise your property so that potential buyers see that it is for sale. From there, you have to rely on the right buyer seeing it at the right time, and wanting to pay the price you are asking. We do inform you of every offer that comes in from our website.
At the end of the day, Timeshares Only is an advertising company, just like if you were to run a classified ad to market your vacation ownership or if you were to place it on EBAY. The difference is that we do not charge you continually, the advertisement does not expire and require you to pay us again, and we have licensed brokers who specialise in timeshare resales, and they can pull from our network.
We would be happy to feature your advertisement at no cost for additional exposure on our home page. In addition, while we do have you advertised for rent, we find that confirmed reservations do much better in renting and would be happy to place your confirmed reservation on our live booking engine at no cost.

Being that this is the same copy and paste information or "comment" used to explain to other scammed consumers, it does no good. We were recently told that our property was NOT listed for "RENT" as well as for sale, which was supposed to be listed as such since DAY 1! Nobody at this "business" knows or cares what information they have posted, or relay, as long as they have your money in their hands. They post whatever, whenever they want, if they do at all. I know what advertisement is and means, you don't need to draw colorful pictures to explain your unbothered point. My hard-earned money returned is what interests me, not these false claims that you know how to run your business in the best interest of the consumer. You've done NOTHING for us and it shows every year passed when maintenance fees come due, costing us more money. We put our trust in you and you took advantage of us saying what you needed in order to make us think this was a reputable business.Review fromLissa B

I'm so disappointment with this company. The person that I spoke with convinced me that my Time-Share would Sell very fast. however, as of today May 23, 2023, I'm still waiting. I listed the timeshare on February 10, 2022, for 11,999 the asking price I even lowered the price to Zero it makes me wonder is this company listing the timeshare or did they just take my money. I truly believe it’s a big Scam. I just wish I can get my 599.00 back. people, please think twice about using this .company. this nonsense should be against the law.Timeshares Only LLC

Ms. XXX placed her ownership for sale on our for-sale-by-owner website, timesharesonly.com, on February 10, 2022. She paid us a one-time cost of $599.00 to advertise her ownership until sold, recieving a 50% discount off our regular price.
When speaking with one of our representatives, who has been with our company seventeen years, it was made very clear that we cannot guarantee that an ownership will sell or that it might sell in a specific time frame. We make this extremely clear when speaking with a timeshare owner who is considering selling their ownership as sometimes timeshare sellers can have unrealistic expectations. We have seen timeshares sell in weeks, months, years, and some never sell.
That being said, timeshares do sell every single day on the resale market and the resale market accounts for an astronomical number of timeshare sales each year. Unfortunately, tthere is a lot of competition, and there is no way to predict how long any given ownership may stay on the market. Because of this, we continue to advertise each ownership until sold, and do not charge an annual or semi-annual advertising fee as many other companies do.
Timeshares Only also has a very active rental department, and we ecourage owners who are waiting for a sale to allow us to rent out any available intervals they may have so that they can earn some money nack on their ownership.
At the end of the day, we will continue to advertise this ownership for sale and all offers will be brought to Ms. XXX. Again, we would encourage all timeshare owners to explore the possibiliity of renting their units with us.

I submitted a bid to rent two timeshares at Emerald Bay Pueblo bonito. One was a studio for $800 and one was a two bedroom for $1300. Both bids were higher than. The owners annual dues and seemed reasonable. I was called by a representative from Timeshares only and informed these were old adds From 2008' and not available as they had been sold. Seriously!!! Classic bait and switch. I would not use this company for anything.Timeshares Only LLC

We are in the process of launching a brand new website, and during testing the website developers did add back some older ads that will be removed in bulk in the upcoming days. We are simply trying to make the new website extremely user-friendly and it will have some really nice rental features incorporated as well.
Our new website will also have a live booking feature that will enable renters to book the week online without having to speak with a rental agent, and they will receive an instant confirmation.
I can guarantee 100% that no one was trying to mislead any consumers as to a week being available or the price the owner is asking.
