    First leg from Gainesville to Orlando was great. New bus, comfortable seats, wonderful driver, and on time. Changed to a much older bus in Orlando with an unsympathetic driver and very poor A/C. Heat was hard to deal with in 95 degree heat. Second bus was a disappointment and really dragged down the rating.

    The bus is very comfortable. My wife and I took a ride from Fort Lauderdale to Sarasota on May 28 morning. I have never come across a psychopathic driver in my 71 years of life. In Fort Myers, I went into the Seven Eleven to get a drink ( about 3-4 minutes). As I came out of the shop, I saw the bus already picking up speed. I as well as other passengers & bystanders tried to alert the driver that I was running to the bus. In the meantime, my wife got out of the bus, looking for me. All our luggage ( including passports, cell phone etc) were in the bus. Nothing mattered to this driver. For him, it was not a ' rest stop'. Somehow, my wife and I managed to scramble onto the bus.

    In the meantime, another young lady begged the driver to wait one minute for her friend to come back from the rest room. He refused. With no other options, this young lady asked him to let her out of the bus. He practically ' dumped' her. T wrote an email to Red Coach customer service and after 8 days, did not receive any response.

    The bus was delayed 45 minutes and never stopped at my departure location. I reached out to customer service and I was told I would receive an email confirming my refund. 4 days later I haven’t received a refund. Follow up e-mails haven’t been responded to. I reached out again and I was told my claim is still open and theres nothing she can do until a manager looks at it. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told you can’t talk to a manager on the phone, only by email. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experience. I should of checked the reviews ahead of time.

    By far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered.
    1.I took a trip mid February, on my return bus they some how lost my luggage and said some visual impaired gentleman took the wrong luggage. Made a claim the day of incident, called back the next day to get updates they told me no claim was submitted. Ok cool let’s do another one
    2.Lost and found reached out strictly through text would not answer the phone when I called only would text. When they did reach out it was at the end of February going into March. They ended up finding my luggage the week of March 4th The following week lost and found texted me with confirmation that it is my bag and said they were sending it on the next bus to Fort Lauderdale for me to meet the driver. The driver did indeed got the same message that he will be delivering a bag and when I got there it was no bag. So they found my luggage just to loose it again
    3.At that moment I reached out to help support through email on March 7th to see if they can do something about the situation. Help support didn’t email me back until April 19th to say they will are sorry they couldn’t find my luggage and they will compensate me.
    I didn’t mention between March 7th to April 19th I would call customer service probably twice a week for any updates and they were so unprofessional and horrible horrible customer service and that they couldn’t give me any information every time I called
    It is now May 1st and still no compensation and the emotional damaged I’ve endure through this process was not easy

    Biggest *** bus service. NOT A LUXURY BUS with ant sort of standards. We were waiting at the stop for our bus which was supposed to leave at 9:30 AM, then go to downtown for another stop, then straight to Houston. AFTER 9:30 AM when the bus didn’t show up, the tracking updated and indicated that they decided to just skip the UTD/prior stop and leave an hour early from the downtown stop. Lol what?! No notifications. Only notice I got was that the bus was on time before I left at 9. This was a lie as the bus was already in downtown and left an hour early. Trash service will never ride them again.

    Following an eight hour journey that was already slowed down by two hours, are bus had a malfunction and we had to pull over on the side of the highway (I-10, about an hour out from Tallahassee). Rather than telling us what was wrong, the driver simply got out, inspected the vehicle, got back in, reversed the vehicle a quarter mile, and continued to go in and out of the bus without saying a word.
    We have now been delayed another hour, he has not told us what’s wrong, how long it’s going to take to fix, or anything else. Never, ever make the mistake of going on Red Coach when you want to arrive safely, on time, or be treated with respect.

    We purchased a ticket for our son to travel from Richardson, Texas to Austin on the 8113 service that should have left at 4:15pm on 03/10. It never showed. He left the stop after waiting for 3 hours. I called their help line no less than 10 times. The first 2 times I got through and was lied to and told that buses were coming but they never did. I called again and again - got a customer service rep 3 times and just hung up on me when I said hello. Did the online chat and no one replied. After a while the customer service line never got me to anyone - it just said there was no one to answer the call. The website was equally unhelpful and no updates were posted after the first one - I don't think it ever showed up as I check it now at 9:50pm. My son should be here for a family event planned tomorrow that is now ruined. Terrible company, terrible customer service.

    Buss AC extremely cold. I had a sweater, a leather jacket and a hat and still I (everyone) was freezing.
    Very, very uncomfortable.
    Buss did not stop for food or snacks from 9:45 departure time until 3:30pm at Ocala terminal.
    Driver did not communicate with passengers about stopping schedule or made any announcements!
    The driver did not pay any attention to passengers standing while going or coming to the bathroom and at some point there was an old lady that was about to fly all over the place because the driver would suddenly accelerate and then stop while going over speed bumps.
    Please train your drivers, these are people not caws!

    My first time traveling on red coach I traveled from Miami,Fl to Tallahassee and it was horrible from Miami to Orlando the air conditioner was broken so we suffered 200 miles in the heat and the driver was falling asleep at the wheel I had to wake him up several times I was terrified I was sitting in seat 1C thank God I was up front no telling what could’ve happened to me & the other passengers I also recorded the driver falling off to sleep I made a complaint they said said I would be compensated and wasn’t My first time traveling on a bus and never will again

    I was forced to choose a star rating - otherwise this company would get ZERO STARS.

    I had a bus ticket for 11/22/2022 on an Economy Class bus from Tallahassee to Orlando. I had planned to work on the bus using the Wi-Fi and power outlets. Only this bus was a 3rd party vendor with NO Wi-Fi or power outlets available. I had received an email from Red Coach early this morning noting "please remember that as indicated during the sales process, your bus service on 11/22/2022 will be operated by the third-party company '************.'" I contest this statement. Per the ticket and confirmation email received at time of booking, there was no mention of a 3rd party. In today's email or in any other communications there was no mention of limited services including Wi-Fi or power outlets. I contacted them from the bus via their customer service line and have emailed THREE times with copies of my documentation. I received a response today that they would investigate. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY.
