    Bus never showed after waiting 2.5 hours! Wasted the entire night waiting and redcoach could give us no information on where the bus is or how long it would b delayed. Ended up having to drive to destination. DO NOT use this company. They said they would refund but still have not refunded credit card after many calls and being on hold for hours. How are they still in business!

    No WIFI as advertised!!! The website says there's WIFI but there was none on my son's 8 hr bus ride. He couldn't study or do homework like he was planning. This wasn't a technical issue with his particular bus. I called customer service and they said they are contracting with other bus companies that don't have WIFi. They obviously knew about it beforehand but didn't bother to inform us. If we had known, my son could have printed out or downloaded the material he needed for studying. Customer service was rude. They obviously don't care.
