    THIS IS FRAUD!!. Pick and Pay said on the phone that would buy my car for $600 it is a chevrolet truck Blazer. Once the driver came to my home to pick up my truck and pay me he said that because my truck has a NEWER Catalictic Converter my TRUCK IS WORTH LESS MONEY. He offered $200. Then I said no way. Then the driver paid $450.00 I called them and told them that paying $450.00 was fraud. I have a three day (72 hours to cancel the transaction) which I did by calling them saturday at 8:00 am until I was able to speak to Alex and Alex told me to speak to JOnathan the manager. I called with my attorney Larry Weiss and we told them that we wanted the car and cancel the transaction. Jonahthan said that it will cost me $1,500 to return my car. I called today Monady August 15 and told him that I will go where the car is and to take it out of their premises and i will go and pick it up. He said that it will cost me $1,500 and I said no because you are not bringing the car here, I will go and pick it up. This is fraud because the price was lowered based on lies and misrepresentations.
