    Mann Construction signed a contract in August of 2021 agreeing to build addition. We gave him 20k then and by Dec 2022 we had paid him 55k because of his promises and requests. Presently our project is only 40% done and he used our funds on another project: fraud and misappropriation of funds. He’s lied about things being ordered and paid and we just found out he never paid Electrician, plumber or roofer and roofer is intending to send out NTO, We’ve pressed charges and are desperately trying to get help. This man took our money and left us with concrete, wires, and wood. My house is a wreck!!!! This is over two years as well!!!!
