  ******************* man construction to build a house and garage on my property got deposit never got much done more than that it's been months now and no results still have an empty lot. Spoke to him said he was going to give me my money back haven't seen a dime charges will be filed. Run away from him don't let him tell you how great he is and he can do the work. Don't believe anything he says. Pathological liar

  I hire *********************** from **** Construction to remodel a small bathroom, Close a dinning room and most important, to build a small addition with a bathroom. The bathroom was done fairly quick, the tile work, but when it came to put the vanity and final touches, it took months, my sink still doesn't have a back splash installed, The shower door took months to be installed because he never ordered it, but kept telling me that he did. He was paid in full $65,000.00 along the way but my addition was never finished, Now I have to finish myself because he abandoned the job completely. I hired him on august 2022, to this day, the job is not done.

  We hired *********************** in 2022 to build a home. He used our money for other purposes and when he ran out told us numerous times he was waiting for deposits from other clients to continue. He lied about payments he had made for long lead time items and to suppliers. Because of this we had to take the job over, and complete it ourselves. We had to repay subs for materials and labor on things that were supposed to be paid by him, find new contractors and handle the inspections, and CO. We estimate that over $150K of our money was spent elsewhere and we had to make that amount up. He refused to sign termination papers, so we had to keep him on the paperwork to access our construction loan. We are filing a complaint with the license board and will also be taking legal action

  Contractor Tony Mann Construction and remodel
  complaint for fraud, misappropriation of funds.
  
  Signed contract with Mann Construction and remodel September 1, 2021, all went smoothly until beginning of this year. Made payments as required but more money was needed to continue, contract was paid in full when he ran out of funds to complete.
  He was also building other houses same time as mine using my funds to complete.
  Had to finish house myself with no help or assistance. I paid for sewer, air conditioning, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, final electrical and plumbing which were included in contract. out of pocket expenses were $71,000.

  Tony Mann stole $87,000 from us out of the $124,000 in deposits for 2 auxiliary buildings and damage from Ian and Nicole. Over 13 months very little work was done. When we would press him on why the work wasn’t being done, he told us that he had spent the money on other projects and was waiting on other money to come in to cover the cost of our project. This is illegal. He also told us numerous lies regarding payment of contractors and down payments on such items as windows and doors. When we finally reached out to the people, he supposedly paid they told us that he had never paid them the money he owed. Furthermore, we were contacted by subcontractors asking for money for work that had been done on our project since Tony had not paid them and he was not returning their phone calls. Sadly, some of the work that was done was not done properly this included electrical and plumbing work that we are now having to repay to be done properly. Please be aware of our story so you don’t make the same mistake with Anthony Mann Construction and Remodeling.

  I am a Civil Engineer, Mr. Anthony **** requested our civil consulting services. He harrased us to obtain a product. He was mean and rude to our employees and at the end of the day he did not pay for the plans that we prepared for him. He doesn't respond to our emails or phone calls. He totally left us hanging!

  Hired Tony August 2021 to build $60,000 addition. He’s stalled, lied, and committed fraud. He has $55,000 of the project and admitted to having none of the money left and used it on other projects. I’m left with concrete, a mess and framing 2 years later. We will be filing suit and pressing charges.

  Anthony Mann Construction was hired to do a $150,000 job. He took a $25,000 deposit & did absolutely nothing. No measuring, no drawings. Nothing. When we canceled him and demanded our deposit back, he stated he would have to wait to get the deposits from other customers before he could pay us back. He had already spent our money. We charged him with theft by deception and misappropriation of funds. It is still in the legal stage. It has been almost 6 months and he is not paid us one dime back. Beware of Anthony Mann Construction.
