    4/12/2024 I was scheduled for attic spray foam from ATTICMAN. They showed up 1-2 hours early. Broke into my house without calling me. Starting spraying without me so I couldnt lay plastic down on the ground before hand (which they had told me to do at my consultation). The young workers were actually awesome and were not surprised that scheduling messed up as they, do it all the time they said. I even tipped the workers for their good work and for having to deal with the confusion but I told them I will call the company and complain about the is***. The owner calls me a few days later after hearing I wanted an explanation / compensation or for someone to come clean my concrete floors as I planned to stain them and they now have a coating of foam / glue on them. ****, the owner, got immediately offended and made all the excuses he could come up with. Told me I am unorganized, a liar and should get my **** together instead of blaming them for my bad time management. He then proceeds to say well send you the recording of the call to prove we didnt mess up scheduling. They sent me the call BEFORE the scheduling call and never the recording of the actual time schedule call. I then texted and emailed him asking for the CORRECT recording.. they wont respond now. **** didnt apologize or try to make things right. He threatened to *** me if I didnt pay the bill. Unfortunately, this was the one company I didnt research before hiring because this is a trend as their yelp reviews are horrendous. I paid the bill in full but want to tell the BBB and see what they can do for me.
