    We have been dealing with Attic Man for insulation over garage. We were scheduled for installation last month and the truck broke down before our scheduled time. We were alerted of the problem and were rescheduled. We called the day of installation for the time of arrival. We were told 11am-2pm. That called was placed at 10:30. We canceled our errands because of the 11-2 time frame. The technicians arrived at 3:30. Attic Man did not call about them running late. When the technicians arrived they did not speak English. Not only is this a communication problem but also a safety issue. If the technician had injured himself in the attic we would not have been able to communicate with him. Also ,because there was a lot of communication with one employee at Attic Man, not once was the situation of non speaking technician mentioned to us. That would have been something it would have been helpful to know. Consumers should be alerted of this situation. No apologies were given when I called after the technicians arrived. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed with **********************.
