  WKL Roofing Damaged my car while working on my neighbors roof. Roofing materials fell on my car along with rocks that were power washed off onto my car for over 1hr. WKL roofing has Refused to accept accountability. Pointing fingers at the owner of the building, states we should have been aware of workers and had our vehicles moved. Damage was in April 2025 over 2 months ago. *** requested several times for a claim number with their insurance company and kept getting the runaround. Today is June 16, 2025. The manager, & owner has ******* all my calls, messages. I did get 2 estimates. 1 with my dealership & 1 of a 3rd party no affiliate to my cars maker. The lowest repair for Damage was $6517.54 from the 3rd party body repair shop. WKL Roofing gave me an offer today - $1000 by office manager ***** who for the first time finally called me. Owner has not one time try to reach out. The windshield cost more than that to replace and recalibrate my heads up computer in my suv. Their lack of communications and of responsibility is deplorable. I have been given the runaround for over 2 months. I still have a damaged suv & no resolve. The office manager ***** has lied multiple times today in an email addressed to me with the $1000 offer. Definitely would not recommend them as an honorable honest company.

  5-Star Roofing Experience! Highly Recommend!My relationship with WKL Roofing began back in December 2020, when I asked them to inspect my roof. The ridge was loose, and several shingles had lifted after enduring Hurricane ******* and two other storms. The owner of the company personally came out and quoted me only $150 for the repair. That gesture left a lasting impressionit was the first time I truly felt treated fairly, especially in a town where many assume homeowners are made of ********** forward to 2025although we hadnt experienced any leaks, we decided it was time to replace the roof. I reached out to three companies for quotes, but I felt a strong sense of loyalty to *** because of how they treated me in the past.Replacing a roof can be stressful, but Will from WKL made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He arrived on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to inspect everything thoroughly. He explained all our options clearly and provided a detailed, fair, and competitive estimate along with a timeline. I made it clear that I needed the job done within 30 days due to personal reasonsand they delivered.On installation day, the crew showed up early and worked tirelessly over two days. I was blown away by how hard and fast they worked, all while maintaining top-notch quality. Their crew supervisor, ****, visited daily to ensure everything was done right and with great attention to detail.We are absolutely thrilled with our new aluminum roof. The service from WKL Roofing was exceptional from start to finish. This is a company that stands by their wordprofessional, transparent, and committed to doing the job right. No hidden fees, competitive pricing, and on-time ************* was truly a pleasure working with WKL Roofing, and Im confident this roof will serve us well for many years to come. Highly recommended!

  I think they are unprofessional & possibly untruthful. BBB,Im not sure where to begin but here goes.On or about the 13th. Of April I contacted WKL Roofing, LLC at **************************************************************** regarding a roof leak. A gentleman, Mr. *** ***** came by on the 16th & conducted an inspection of the roof & confirmed that there were some loose shingles because of a recent windstorm. He further stated he knew a public adjuster, ***** ******* of Omega Public Adjusting who would take care of all paperwork filing a claim with our insurance *** Citizens. To make a long story a little shorter. Over the next almost 6 months the inspections were conducted & a settlement was reached. During this 6 months I ask *** at least 5-6 times for a copy of their Bus license, ************* comp **************** Liability coverage. Finely on Sept 23rd I received a copy of the Business license but nothing for the worker comp or liability coverage. As of this date 8/6 no proof that they have workers comp coverage or liability insurance has been received. On or about 8/24 *** stopped by with his contract & a waiver form & ask me to sign them both which I refused. He said the waiver form was in case their delivery truck damaged the driveway they would not be liable & that I would, I refused.On 4/16/24 When *** first came out he ask me to sign a Work Authorization form saying that it was so he could do whatever he needed to do until the new roof was approved. At no time did he say it was a contract but I'm afraid that ************************* might try to say that it is a contract. All I want is to sever our relationship with *** & get on with our lives. On 10/8 We did receive our *************** are ready to find another Roofing ***

  They did an amazing job on installing a new roof. The sales rep was very pleasant, informative and explained in detail what additional requirements were needed for skylight etc.
  I would highly recommend them for any type of roofing repairs or new installation.

  I can not stress how greatly I do not recommend and warn against WKL Roofing. My experience has been one of the worst I've had with a company of any sorts. There are the things that were done we done well. The workmanship on the roof itself is good overall. My main issues come from professionalism, customer service, and conflict resolution. To begin, the issues began the first day of work. They apparently have no ability to check the weather. My roof was stripped and then it began to down pour. Enough to overfill neighboring pools and flood into my ceiling causing it to collapse. This would have been entirely preventable if someone had checked the weather on their team. There was no attempt by anyone on their team to help catch the water pouring through or to help clean the water flooding my home. Due to the section that collapsed showing signs of older water damage of a non-current leak I was placed at fault for this and they refused to fix it in its entirety. They said that it would have come down anyways if someone were to have even hammered above it. This is simply untrue as there were no visible signs of damage before this rain. The other main issue that arose is the misplacement of a skylight by over a foot. They attempted rehanging drywall from the collapsed ceiling with people who had no idea what they were doing and have not come back to fix it as they said they would. There has been no attempt to correct the incorrectly placed skylight.
