    I hired Mr ******************** to get leads for my product. *********** had promised me that if he does not come thru he will return my money as per the contract. at the end he did not come thru and only returned 2500

    Thank you for your feedback. Were sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. At Mr. ********************* we work diligently to open doors for emerging brands and provide opportunities to connect with vetted retailers and distributors.

    In this case, our team fulfilled the outreach commitments outlined in the agreement, including introducing your product to targeted buyers. While not every product we represent gains immediate tractiondue to variables like pricing, packaging, and market fitwe stand by the value of the exposure and feedback received.

    That said, as a gesture of goodwill and in recognition of your dissatisfaction, we have already offered a 1/2 refund of $2,500 setup fee for the association program. We believe this resolution was fair based on the services rendered and time invested by our team.

    We remain committed to supporting small businesses and encourage every brand to carefully evaluate market readiness before pursuing retail placement.

    We appreciate the opportunity to provide a final response to Mr. ********* continued concerns.

    Mr. ******** participated in our program, as outlined in our agreement, we provided outreach, communication with decision-makers, and opportunities for exposure in the convenience and specialty retail space.

    While we understand the frustration that can arise when a product doesnt gain immediate retail traction, outcomes depend heavily on factors outside of our controlsuch as price point, packaging appeal, timing, and product-market fit. Our team fulfilled the services promised and invested time and effort into creating those connections.

    To acknowledge Mr. ********* dissatisfaction, we already issued a $2,500 goodwill refunddespite the fact that outreach services were rendered in full. The claim that "no value was provided" is not consistent with the documented buyer engagement that took place.

    At Mr. ********************* we stand behind our work and our integrity. We remain committed to small business success and to providing access, not guarantees. While we regret that this partnership did not lead to the results Mr. ******** hoped for, we believe we acted in good faith and met our obligations under the agreement.

    We consider this matter closed unless new material evidence is provided.
