RUN!!! This company provides very little help in business opportunities. They are only a lead provider with NO assistance beyond that. All of the leads could have been had from an online search. In 12 months only one lead replied. They did not know who Mr. Checkout is.
They will put all of this processes failure of a program on you as an owner. ZERO accountability with no opportunity to review different paths of growth.
Your time, energy and money would be more wisely spent with a few phones and emails done on your own.
The program described to us was not the service provided.
i repeatedly asked for more leads and additional direct service from them with the same useless efforts .
We have 30 years in this industry with an outstanding track record to take the high road. This company has little ethical practices.
The deception starts by requiring you to ONLY use the internal communication. RED Flag. Second, the time stamp is always incorrect. Red Flag. Third, very limited leads and many not within the guidelines of my brand.
Actually, the deposit should have been my first indicator of the scam.
Fortunately we will continue to grow our business in spite of these unfortunate unethical business practices.
    Run and Run fast.
I cant honestly believe that a celebrity actually endorsed this! That unfortunate for his reputation.

    Dear ***************,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your experience with our company. I see that we've passed over 13 leads to you above our promised 3-5 at the start of our contract. We are genuinely sorry to hear that our services did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

First and foremost, we want to assure you that we take your feedback seriously. Our goal is to provide valuable leads and support to help businesses like yours grow and succeed. We regret to hear that our service has not aligned with the program we described to you, and for that, we sincerely apologize.

Regarding the leads provided, we strive to offer quality over quantity, but it seems we have missed the **** in your case. We understand your frustration with the response rate and the relevance of these leads to your brand. Continuous improvement in our lead generation process is something we are committed to, and your input is crucial in this regard.

We understand that no amount of explanation can undo your experience, but we are committed to learning from it. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are open to your suggestions on how we can improve our services.

Forget about your retainer as it says on the agreement. They find a way not to pay it back. That's the business model.

For us, it was "We didn't report the sales in certain quarters." And for them, they refer to quarters as their own schedules, not business quarters that we all function in.

Ridiculous business practices. None of the leads knew who Mr. Checkout was. Fake company, fake promises, and a big scam.

    Hello Han,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We take all reviews seriously and use them as an opportunity to learn and improve.

We are genuinely sorry to hear that you feel this way about the termination of our agreement. Our records indicate that we unfortunately did not receive any communication from your end for a considerable period of time, which, as stipulated in our agreement, led to the necessary step of termination to maintain the operational flow and integrity of our services.

We truly valued our partnership and it was not a decision taken lightly. We had hoped to work together collaboratively and fruitfully, and we were always here, open to communication and ready to assist in any way to facilitate a productive and successful relationship.

Thank you for your understanding, and we remain hopeful that there might be a way to mend our business relationship and work together in the future.
