Insight ROCKS!!!!! I got individualized attention, constant support and my problem was completely resolved. It didn't happen overnight, and it wasn't cheap, but this was definitely a case of you get what you pay for. When you consider the fact that they were able to cut me a deal with New York State for less than 20% of what the state said I owed, I came out way ahead. Jace really went to the mat for me. I had a lot of reservations about engaging a tax resolution firm to address my issue, because I had prior experience with a completely disreputable firm which took my money and did absolutely nothing. Working with Insight has been a completely different experience. They are intelligent, respectful, capable, responsive, empathetic, and most importantly effective. Everyone I have dealt with, from receptionists, tax preparers, billing, resolution specialists, customer care and the executive team, goes above and beyond to make you feel they are committed to be on your side. And they are! They work hard. They listen to your concerns. They fight for you. It's a great team and great company. Taxes are one of the most stressful things to go through every year. Thankfully I found Insight Financial Solutions. After a quick phone call, I felt right at home.
