    Hired this company, a year and a half ago to resolve Permit violations due to previous owners work. We are now being violated and fined per day due to the lack of attention or completion of this job. The owner does not return phone calls for months we have not had any contact with him he makes, a young employee, take all the phone calls and the heat. A year and a half later with all the money paid out and not only has he not finished his job. We are now being fined daily.

    We needed to close 3 permits, after the fact, for a short term rental license. ********************** took our $2500, close 2 permits with substantial prodding and then totally quit answering his phone or email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    I am rejecting this response because:

    We had to constantly call/email for status updates, mostly with no responses. Your communication was HORRIBLE except when you were looking for money. I had to remind you many times to file and extension to the court dates BECAUSE you were not on top of our work. You never even filed for the hot tub electrical until April when we paid you in February. In fact, I had to get the hot tub electrical closed by working with the City directly myself

    we worked with Peter to close out a few permits for a patio, fence and shed... well, over a year later, and $4500+, we're still waiting for our permits. we haven't heard from Peter for 5 months - he has ignored all phone calls, text messages and emails...
