    This has got to be the most incompetent and crooked guy Ive ever met In May of 2023Peter Nunez demanded I pay $1,300 for services in advance to close a permit that was opened by the previous owner and never closed. After a visit to my condo from one of employees (not even sure if he was really an employee) the guy took some measurements, told me this was a simple job, would probably get closed within a couple of weeks. Long story short, during the process he demanded extra money to her an engineer for measurements even though this service was explicitely included in the contract. I offered that if HE payd I would reimburse when the permit was closed. In September (5 months after the beginning of the contract), he refused and I then took over the resolution of the problem. I hired my own engineer, dealt with the city myself and closed the permit myself all within 15 days - which HE could have done of had been competent of honest.

    Your funny, really, we did all the work and got your permit approved. Your the ***** who used our license to ******************** the permit when you owed us money. Then you try to complain. We actually helped you when you old shutters had no info and we git it done, but nice try 

    your the liar. Where are you from again? ****** ?
