      I brought my two children to this office last year and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatric dermatologist. We were seen by *** ****** who told me that they couldn't treat my daughter's mollescum with Ycanth. When I booked the appointment I specifially asked if this was a medication they used in office. It was dediced at that point that she would use liquid nitrogen to treat her lesions. The procedure started with no explanation from the doctor or her MA who was in the room. My daughter was two years old and I had to hold her on top of myself with my body wrapped around her while she screamed. Never once did the doctor or the assistant try to calm her. They never explained to her what they were doing. I understand that this procedure is uncomfortable, even painful sometimes, and I was prepared for that, but this was never explained to my child. Someone who is experienced in working with children would have calmly explained the procedure ahead of time (ie: we will take this cotton swab and hold it on your boo boo andcount to ten... it will hurt a little bit but you can squeze mommy's hand while I do it.) My son was in the room as well and he was traumatized over the experience as well, watching his sister being held down while screaming. When I tried to speak to the office manager about my experience after the fact, I was dismissed. Her knowledge of the way the practice runs was so minimal that I questioned if she was actually the manger. She told me that she "didn't have to call me to discuss my concerns." She had no way of telling me if the initial medication that I requested was ever used in the practice as apparenlty she doesn't have access to that information, even though she runs the office. From start to finish, our experience was horrible. I work in healthcare and know how a pediatric patient should and should not be treated and I would highly recommend using a different practice if you are looking for pediatric care.

      Rude & lazy medical assistant staff. They refuse to obtain authorizations for medications through specialty pharmacies & insist that its the pharmacys responsibility & vice versa. Called several times to have situation remedied & staff refuses to get me my medication through the insurance. Horrible!!! Waste of $. Still dont have medication.

      Butchered my face with a laser treatment for no reason. Went in for a routine skin check. Tiny microscopic Spot (nothing) turned from a speckle you could barely see to a big brown 4 inch blotch on my face. Small speckle after checked by doctor did not warrent biopsy; but she insisted on lazor. (Big Bucks!) My face is ruined! Consumer beware! I should sue! Dr. ****** ***** and botched again by ***** Dr. ******** for cutting into my face to see why the big brown blotch...made it worse! How is this legal?

      First, they dont deserve 1 star. The staff, office manager does not deserve to get paid, for what. They are putting patients in danger. After 2 weeks of requesting refill on my medications finally my husband had to call and got in touch with health department (which is NO HELP EITHER) they sent my prescription but it will take the whole jar to get my psoriasis better after they put me through HELL. AS a person and work in medical office, will NEVER ignore nor will NOT jeopardize my patients health. As a patient, the doctor should talk to their patients regarding concerns, I called my insurance to dispute the charge that they don’t deserve but NO LUCK either. WOW, it is sad that can’t do anything about this business and JEOPARDIZE people’s health!!!!
