      We mailed a truck part to be repaired on 6/29/24, they received it on 7/3/24 (we had to call them to get confirmation of receipt). We paid $225 to them to have it diagnosed and begin the repair. We didn't hear anything for weeks and FINALLY got in touch and were told it would be $750 to do the repair. We have not paid that because they said they only collect it after the repair is done. We told them to do the repair and haven't heard anything since! It is now Aug and they have failed to update us on the progress of our part, don't answer the phone, don't answer emails, all while holding our VERY expensive truck part hostage! There is absolutely zero customer service.

      The part in question was severely damaged burnt prior to receiving for repair .

      A standard repair process is what was purchased and this computer was far from standard repairs  .

      Customer was notified the part was badly damaged .

      We understand customers frustration but these reconstructive repairs are very tedious and take a lot of time , By customers phone conversation we understand a refund is preferred  . The $225 in question was refunded back to the original payment source . 

      The return shipping and testing fee request was sent to Customer  , Once the payment request is paid ,Customers part will be shipped , in as is as received condition . We will not be completing the reconstructive repairs .

      I purchased a repair service through the company on 6/13/2023. Every time I tried to contact them they said they didnt have an update and had a meeting with the technicians and they would call back with an update. I would never get a call back. For 3 weeks they told me it was done awaiting testing. Then they told me that it had failed but it still might still work and that they were sending an invoice for the shipping & testing fee and once that was paid, Id get a refund for the original amount and it would be shipped back to me. I paid the invoice on 8/21/2023 and have yet to receive my refund. The product doesnt work and now Im out a substantial amount of money.

      On October 23rd I ordered an ABS control module for my truck for $367.95. Auto & Truck Electronics never shipped the merchandise. When I asked for a refund, ***** in customer service stated "I'll get right on it." I never received a confirmation email about a refund nor did I receive a refund. Please beware, do not get scammed by this fraudulent company!

      We submitted an email awaiting information so we are sure  we ship the correct part , We never received a response , Instead On Oct 30 we received a call requesting a refund , Your refund request was submitted manually , Had you read our terms of service and or even created an account which takes 60 seconds to do you would have been able to automate your cancellation request which would have travelled to the correct department .The refund is completed this complaint was not warranted , We will not be responding any further .

      The refund was completed as stated in the previous response , The claimant should take additional steps to verify with his credit card company before responding.This will be our last response to this matter we consider closed

      On Aug 9th I was told by a manager that he had my part that I paid them ****** to repair but that he was not going to send me my part back unless I changed my review of them online. I then told them I would change my review when I received my part back, the manager then told me no he would not ship part back unless review was changed. This company still has my paid for part and still will not send it back.Important note*** they have a tracking number that says part was delivered but all that was sent to me under that tracking number was an envelope containing a form to fill out which had already been filled out by me and sent in with the part.***
