      I own a 2005 **** Excusion I was having a/c trouble and thought it was the climate control module in the dash I ordered a rebuilt and they told me they had to repair the core they had and it would ship in a week and it did I received it and I was wrapped in the box so it could no way get damaged I unwrapped it and plugged it ***** problem remain so I contacted the support line and the had me run a self-diagnostic test and it checked good. He had me run the test on my unit and it also tested good.He told me I could return the module on a RMA form and I did.I had to pay the freight and after a week I was returned a credit less the freight and insurance.I had a great honest experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone Thanks. *****

      SCAMMERS!!! Fraudulent *****************! They took Me for $2025.00. I sent them My FICM to be tested and they sent me a junk part. Had to take to another reputable company that found acid Corrosion and faulty parts installed. Completely DISHONET!!! Stay away from this company!! Also found out they are in dispute with a local car dealership for sending them parts that do not work. Also cant speak to anyone but the desk clerk. ******* (there manager) only conversed Via email.

      Your checkout at our website included a 6 year warranty that you purchased along with this product , You received the item via **** adult signature required insured on 8/19 and your chargeback was made on 8/18 , This is proof of who is scamming who ,, From the evidence we have you will leave us no option but to file charges with the State of Florida in Criminal Court in ***************** for Theft of Services or property. 
      The offense is located under Florida statute (section *******), theft is defined as when a person steals services or property from a person or business valued at over $750 and is considered Grand Theft. We would rather not go down this path, This is the third time we requested the product be returned ,You never contacted us about any issues with the product . Return the product so we can come to an amicable resolution ,

      Sent in my Chevy SSR ABS module the latter part of Dec after purchasing a repair plan it’s almost been a month…no one answers the phone…no one returns phones calls and I’m feeling like I have been scammed and will need a lawyer to get some results… they sound like nice people and great customer service when they first call you and you send your payment in… But you don’t hear anything else from them afterwards

      All they do is scam people. Send out products that dont work. You have to fight to get your money back and they keep 20%. Poor customer service and support

      ************** purchased a ******************* Climate Controller via our website
      www.vehiclemodule.com ,
      Our Terms of Service are clearly written there and we accept returns for refunds up to 30 days from purchase. .
      We also include a 1 year warranty for issues that would arise , We clearly display our Forms Tab at the Top of our Home Page that has an Warranty Form , RMA Form & R&R form utilized for any of those actions a Customer wishes to use.
      **************** concern could have been handled by visiting our website again instead he decided to call into the Company and speak with **************** and be verbally abusive first to the Women in the Office and when that wasnt enough he wanted to speak to other individuals in the Company , He ended up harassing multiple people in the Company that informed him of the same terms of service as on the website. During trying to assist ************** with a replacement, ************** stated to our CSR that he found another one at a cheaper price. We received the part return for refund on Feb 9th, 2023 .The refund was performed on Feb 14,2023 , ************************ tested the Climate Control Module and found it to be operating properly.
