    I hired this company to trim trees that were dropping branches on my roof and pool cage. He, at first quoted 750, I agreed to 1000 for trimming both trees and other smaller trimming. They were at least 3 hours late both days with no notice. They trimmed some of one tree but stopped when their pole saw broke. They never touched the other larger tree. They did other work including clearing leaves from my gutter but left them on the ground. When I went out to rake that up, I found my rake was gone. I called ***** who admitted they took/broke my rake. He kept promising to buy me a new one but never did. He said he would trim the second tree for 1500, which was 500 more than other quotes. He never returned to clean up their mess or trim the trees which are too tall to cut with a pole saw. Now I have to pay another company to actually trim the trees. The people who have come out have confirmed a pole saw could not be used and that they would have had to climb to cut those branches. He must have known he could not cut my tall branches with a pole saw. He brought a completely useless broken rake here a few days later. I told him it did not work.He did not do the work he was paid to do. I am asking for the overpayment of $250 back plus $20 for a new rake.
