    On 09/01/24 this company drove through my neighborhood and offered to trim three palm trees for $250.00 which I considered a fair price. Additionally I really like to support local small business owners. My mistake, I paid the full amount up-front and they started that evening. As it was raining I felt it was dangerous to continue the job and suggested they return the following day. They did show up but the owner said that the facility where they took the trimmed palm fronds had raised the rates and since there was more debris than he said he needed another $100.00 dollars. As I stated I want to support local small businesses so I gave him an additional $80.00 since it was all the cash I had on hand. Another mistake! To their credit the did a decent trimming but did not remove all the debris so I called the phone number I had and got the owners voice mail so I left a message asking when they would be back, no reply. I then called the second time and was told it would be picked up later. After five days of calling, receiving promises that were not kept, probably because they were working another job, I decided to finish the clean up myself. So much for trying to support local small businesses. Shade Tree Service has really hurt other small business due to their finishing the job they were paid to do.

    Shades Tree Service did a really great job with my tree and landscape work that needed done. Great crew of guys. He can seem unorthodox in some ways but when it comes to getting the job done, they get it done. I will always call Shades for all of my tee and landscaping needs. Thanks guys for such good work you all rock!!

    I hired this tree service company to do some work for me. I paid him in full as a good show of faith as i had told owner *** ******* i had more work for him. I made a mistake as i noticed he had not finished some Palm trees had not been finished. i h ave tried unsuscessfully in trying to get them to come back and finish the job to NO Avail. They keep saying later today, Tomorrow, Later today. Nothing. No Stars for this company. Dishonest, Unreliable, Untrustworthy, Unethical. Stay away from this Tree service . Not Not recomended. 0 stars. Be aware of this company.
