    I ordered a transcript on March 28, 2023 via parchment to be sent via email to another school. I emailed, called several times, and texts multiple times and never received transcript. The processing time then was 15 business days, never received it. I placed a new order via parchment again on July 29,2023, awaiting transcripts. Im wondering why other people I know are receiving their transcripts within 1 to 2 days, but there keeps being an issue for me. I graduated in 2019. Im a registered nurse, who doesnt owe any fees, why am I not able to get my transcripts? I keep getting the run around. When someone does finally answer the phone they take down a message and tell you they are escalating it through the transcript department, like the school is that big.

    They finally sent my transcript August 13, 2023 after posting a review on their ******** page. They said they never talked to me, but once I sent the screenshots of the emails with the dates and the text message logs on their hotline they blocked me, but sent my transcript. Its sad to have to go through this for a transcript that you paid for and you dont owe the school any money.

    I completed the nursing program in August 2022 and haven't received my degree or transcript to process my ******** application for RN. I have been emailing and texting for four months without any successful response or outcome.

    Good afternoon,
    Thank you for giving me the opportunity to speak with you.
    I graduated from the school in August 2022 and wasn't granted a degree or a transcript. I also wanted my transcript to be sent to the New ********** of nursing to transfer my ******* RN License.I contacted the school numerous times via text and email but never received a response. If I did receive a response it was always a guarantee that I would get my transcript and degree that I requested. After many attempts and months of waiting, I did research and discovered that the better business bureau can help facilitate the process of obtaining my documentation. I filed  in July, and was immediately contacted by the school that they would send me my documents if I were to drop the claim. I decided to see if they would fulfill  my request. They did send me my diploma but failed to send me my transcript to the New ********** of nursing for processing. On July 5, I received an email from the school stating that they sent it. But later found out via multiple calls that I placed to the New ********** of nursing that they never received my certified transcript. I allowed sometime for the Board of nursing to track my documents but ultimately discovered my results weren't sent at all. I then decided to contact the school for further clarification and was met with no response and seemingly ignored and blocked. This school has scammed me and devalued my entire life. I'm a registered nurse and passed the most important exam of my life. And haven't been able to work because of the dishonesty of this school. I request you reconsider reopening my claim.

    Student and our staff and myself 

    Even this morning 

    The student uses two names 

    When a student uses two names the file gets flagged 
    And rejected and we have to start again 

    We have resubmitted this students information and sent 
    Out the degree under both names used 

    When she made the complaint prior we did as she wished back then as well. 

    She continues to text up until this morning 

    We have other students, it appears when we dont answer fast enough we are a scam 

    So we will resend all of the documents again.

    She has direct access to the director via cell so 
    I believe she is used to me responding right away 
    Unfortunately I also teach and have meetings 

    Ill see what I can do to further assist with her account

    We don't have control over documents that go out of State in reference to board requests, our degree certificates only take a few days and should arrive by next Week.

    On 5/3/2023 I decided to seek admission with Capscare and I paid $**** deposit in order to save my spot in the June cohort. I checked **************** requirements and I was told that due to the Nursing fraud going on in ******* and Capscare not accredited by CCNE if I attended Capscare there is no guarantee that I will be able to transfer the credits from Capscare to another school. I asked the admission staff at Capscare on 5/3/2023 if my deposit of $**** was refundable and I was told yes.On 5/4/2023 I called and withdrew my application for admission and I requested for my $**** to be refunded I was told by the finance office that I would receive the refund in 30 days,based on my calculations today is the 30th day. On 6/1/2023 I was charge $750 by Capscare, a charge I did not authorize. After I withdrew my application on 5/4/2023 why would Capscare charge my card on 6/1/2023 for $750? without my permission.When I noticed the charge of $750 on 6/1/2023 I Immediately called the school about the unauthorized charge and I was told that it was an "accident" and I will be refund by the end of the day or by first thing on 6/2/2023 but here we are on 6/3/2023 I don't have the refund for the $750 that was "accidentally charged" on my account according to **********************.Capscare response:Good morning the error was noted and will be refunded By Wednesday, we are sorry that you couldn't join Our June cohort There is Greatness within us allMy follow up response:What will be refunded by Wednesday? The **** should be refunded today and the accidental 750 should have been refunded on 6/1/2023.....please clarify again you have until Monday 6/5/2023 to refund a total of $2,250!I have been very patient but I can see that will not get me anywhere if I continue in this line of patience with Capscare you will never refund my $2,250 and to prevent Capscare from "accidentally" charging my card again without permission you have until 6/5/2023!
