The date of transaction was April 24th 2025 Shipment arrived at my home on April 28th 2025 Cost of products was ****** Contact customer service twice prior to the 30 day return policy. **************** stated that they would cancel my subscription to their products and also refund my ******. They did cancel the subscription, however they never refunded my money. Im the mean while a tragic death occurs in my life at my home and I wasnt able To follow up. I contacted them today, June 2nd 2025 spoke with customer service and they stated they will not be returning my money. When I started taking the supplements I got extremely ill, vomitting and diarrhea. I reach out to the woman whom convinced me to purchase the products and she stated that maybe I needed to change the way I was taking them. So I took her advice and changed the way I was taking the supplements and got sick immediately and had to leave work. I am looking to be reimbursed for ******. order 109298693 April 23rd, 2025. We show that your order was
successfully delivered April 28th, 2025, as you have stated. We also
see your phone call to our Customer Service team on May 12th, 2025. During
this phone call our team states that open products cannot be refunded. This is
in accordance with our returns policy that sates “Thank you for being an IT
WORKS! Customer. We’re happy when you’re happy and choose to shop with us again
and again for your wellness and weight management solutions. If for any reason
you need to return all or a portion of your purchase, we will gladly accept
eligible returns of unopened, undamaged products in “new” condition within
thirty (30) days of the original ship date. Products that have been opened or
partially used are not eligible to be returned for a refund or exchange.”

Hello,
I am dealing with a tremendous amount of grief! On May 19th my Fiancé committed suicide. I found him hanging in our garage! We were together for 5 years!
I am trying to figure out what to do next.
With all of that being said, this is another issue that I need to deal with among so many others.
When I reached out to the company the 1st time they told me that they were going to reimburse methe entire 140.00! They lied! Now they only want me to send what I haven’t opened. That is the liquid Aloe drink. The other supplements made me ill! They haven’t even reached out to me to fin Out what my symptoms were. Instead they want to keep my money and proceed to tell me they will not reimburse me. I need them to work with me.

This was a terrible experience with these products! I ordered after my distributor gaslighted me into the product even though I had concerns. The first week was awful, I had diarrhea six times a day and ended up in the hospital with severe dehydration. I kept taking the supplements as she advised me that this was normal and my system was clearing out. Week two I felt super dizzy and weak. I went to my doctor and she ran some tests and found my liver enzymes were high! She asked what supplements I was taking and I told her, she strongly advised me to throw these in the trash as it was damaging my liver! Just only after two weeks on these products! Even worse, I gained weight taking these even though I was pooping so much! I went to cancel my subscription and ask for my money back and my distributor told me the BBB was a joke and I cant believe what people are saying about the product. She refused to help me. I was misled into signing up as a distributor for It Works! starting on April 19, 2025. I found Saras page on tiktok posting for a giveaway for the month of May. I signed up for a give away and influencer opportunity where I could earn income through social media using the link in her bio. I didnt receive more information until April 27 & 28, 2025 but it was still very vague. It wasnt until I officially signed up on April 28th that I discovered that it is a multilevel marketing program. I signed up thinking this was a paid social media role- not MLM. The distributor used false urgency, income promises, and emotional pressure to get me to enroll, without clearly disclosing the nature of the program or full costs involved. After signing up, I was told to use prewritten scripts and photos from a shared album created by other distributors. When I tried to personalize a message to a friend I was told not to send anything on my own and provide screenshots or screen recordings for approval. This directly contradicts what I was told before signing up which led me to feel dishonest, and like I was being pushed to mislead others in the same way **** *********** mislead did me. Before signing up I was informed by **** that I would be my own boss, and everything would be on my own terms and could make $500-$2000 a month just by posting. **** continues to use the same misleading tactics on her social media to recruit others. I have complete documentation of our conversations upon request and will attach key points below. I am requesting a full refund and immediate cancellation of my distributor account. Date of purchase 2/16/25 Box was received missing product, I contacted the rep ******* ******, sending a photo of incomplete package, receiving 2 SLMR and no flat, (I should have received 1 of each) and no cleanse that I paid extra for, I was given a customer service number. It was confirmed the return was received by agent ******. Me calling *************. She called me back letting me know my refund would be process on 4-11-25. I have yet to receive my refund and the no one is giving me an answer. Hello, my name is ******** ******** and I am a current distributor with It Works Global **** this isn't about payment or products. Rather it's about information I have that I am not sure if it is allowed by **** ********* that this is being done. But it's not just our team doing this it's quite a few other teams doing this too? What is going on is a lot of our business comes from sending distributor messages to people in our audience, friends, family etc. who view our stories and comment on our posts and then the rest of our business comes from Hap which is Host a post which is when we send a post and picture for friends to share on their wall and in so doing this for us we enter them in a cash giveaway which can be $200 to $500 which every month all of us distributors send in $10 each to our top enroller who is our main boss so to speak which they then take $10 from each of us that we send in and they then put it in a pool which is then used for whoever we all enter in our cash giveaways as far as I know. But I had a friend of mine tell me she would Hap for me but didn't want to be entered in the giveaway because she won years ago and at that time when she was thinking ?? she would receive all cash, instead she said it was 5% cash, and the rest in product and she also said the winner of the giveaway will also receive 50% cash and the rest in product which I asked her what she thought ?? of the product and she said they didn't work. So, my question is are we allowed to have these cash giveaways going on every month with all of us sending $10 a month in for the prize pool for our friends? And to me it also seems as though it is rigged too!? Why, I don't know? And as I stated our team isn't the only one doing this cash giveaway system, there are other teams from our company participating in these cash giveaways as well. I had fraudulent charges on my debit card, one of which were two purchases made to this company. Each purchase total was $151.61. ******* has deemed these charges non fraudulent as they supposedly received information that the "transactions were accurate". They are in fact not accurate as I have never heard or looked on their website prior to these charges occurring. I do not and would not ever purchase from this company as not only do I disapprove of what they are selling, but I am not looking for weight loss help. On October 11th and October 12th, our Loss Prevention team located two orders that they identified as fraudulent charges using your information. These charges were refunded on October 10th and October 17th. If you disputed the charges after the 17th your bank would have been able to see that the charges were already refunded and if they had issued provisional credits, would have deducted those credits stating we had already resolved the issue. I started a subscription for a product called it works. Well it doesnt work. It makes me sick. Plus I have surgeries coming up and was told to not take this stuff by my doc. It acts like it will load and never does. A blank page. I have tried on my phone , iPad, and computer to load this page . Wont . I canceled my auto-ship for the month of December because I wouldn't be home to receive the package. However, It Works charged my card and processed the payment anyway. I immediately contacted them within an hour of the transaction processing that this was an error and the order needed to be cancelled immediately. They refused to respond and instead of cancelling the order, they printed a shipping label and pretended the order was already shipped. However, it took them another 10 days to actually supply the package to be shipped to **** after the label was created and they had plenty of opportunity to cancel the order, but they did not despite me contacting them two more times. Because I wasn't home to receive the package, as previously stated to them, it caused problems with my mail delivery with **** because they only give you two days to retrieve your packages out of the community drop box or they shut down your whole mailbox and return all of your mail. The package and all of my routine mail have been returned so not only has this created a huge problem for me with not receiving my paycheck and important documents I was waiting for in my mail, but I also didn't receive the package because it has been returned but It Works refuses to provide a refund and won't correspond or communicate with me despite me reaching out to them numerous times! Thank you for contacting us. Addressing your concern is our top priority. Order ID #********* was processed on December 13, 2024. The previous adjustment to the order was made on October 14, 2024, followed by a modification on November 13, 2024, where the date was updated to December *******. On December 13, 2024, an attempt was made to change the date again to January 13, 2025, but the order had already been processed by that time.
The order was successfully processed, shipped, and assigned a tracking number on December 13, 2024. The first ticket inquiry was received on December 13, 2024; however, the order had already been processed and assigned a tracking number, preventing its cancellation. This inquiry was promptly addressed on December 14, 2024. On December 17, 2024, a second inquiry was submitted, which was responded to on December 18, 2024. The tracking number was provided, along with instructions on how to return the order.
According to the tracking information, the item was successfully delivered to the parcel locker at 2:44 PM on December 23, 2024. As of January 2nd, 2025, the tracking number does not show that the order has been returned to sender (please see screen shot attached).
Additionally, we have sent you a prepaid return label for the return of the order. Please ensure that the label is used within 7 days to facilitate the return process and secure a full refund.

I am rejecting this response because: The information provided was not accurate or untrue. The prior orders were not of any concern. Please focus on the current order addressed in my complaint, which was cancelled prior to being processed. You also acknowledged receiving my notification on 12/13/2024 which would have provided you plenty of time to manually cancel and refund the order before it was processed as your system didn't cancel the order as was requested PRIOR to the transaction date. You acknowledged receiving my request but failed to respond to me. As I previously stated, you created the shipping label, but did not actually produce the product for shipping until over one full week later. Why was the order not cancelled before you shipped it? Especially when you acknowledged receiving my correspondence and my additional requests. Also, please refer to the claim that I submitted which clearly explains that the package was already returned to you via my post office because I was not there to receive the package and they will only hold it for a very small time window due to the small amount of availability in our community parcel lockers during a busy season with extra packages being delivered. This has been clearly explained in my prior correspondence to you, as well, even prior to my BBB formal complaint. This is the big issue I've had with attempting to communicate with you. No one actually addresses my concerns or seems to listen. I feel like I'm repeating myself but getting nowhere.

Lastly, we show that the order was successfully delivered to a parcel locker on December 23rd (Please see attached, picture ******* ***** ********).

I am rejecting this response because:I have been experiencing ongoing issues with not receiving my orders from It Works, even though my payments are processed immediately. I was signed up for a monthly subscription in which I canceled because they refuse to fix the issue. Basically, this company is committing fraud. They are processing my monthly payments, but not shipping out my orders. My last order was placed as a monthly autoship on 1/13/2025. Due to the extensive delay in receiving my prior orders, I upgraded to 3-4 day shipping at a significantly higher price. My payment was immediately processed and even though they created a shipping label for the order, the tracking number clearly shows that the package was never provided to **** for shipping. Basically, they acted like they sent my shipment out so in their system it says "shipped," but that's only because they created a shipping label, but never actually shipped the product. I canceled any future auto shipments with them at this point and I'm done trying with this company. They refuse to conduct fair business and won't resolve the issues that are repeatedly brought to their attention. I am concerned they committed fraud. At this point, I am requesting a full refund for the order that they never shipped out from 1/13/25. I can provide the shipping details to confirm that the item was never received by **** and therefore was never actually shipped. The company should not be in business anymore which is a shame because I really liked their products, but I don't like being treated this way especially when I've been a customer for as long as I have. These are ongoing issues and they are never going to resolve them, probably because they appear to be making a profit by ripping off their customers. Why not just ship out the orders that we have paid for? I don't know why it's so difficult to receive your orders from them when they have no problem processing the payments every month.

I am rejecting this response because:The information provided is incorrect. I paid a significantly higher shipping fee for expedited shipping on 1/13/25. However, at the time this claim was placed in the beginning of February, the items still had not yet shipped. In the timeframe that it took It Works to respond, they had proceeded in finally shipping my order, but they shipped the wrong items!! I received hair, skin, and nails vitamins when I ordered skin wraps. The packing slip has a different name and address so somehow, they finally shipped out my order after 3 weeks but sent me someone else's order!! Also, they claim to have provided me with a refund, but I have not yet received a refund for this order to date.

Addressing your concerns is our top priority. We were able to locate a few accounts in your name. A previous Distributor account and a previous customer account. We then were able to locate Perks Member account *********** a reminder, to enroll as a Perks Member, you have the following options:
Purchase the one-time Perks Membership Fee at checkout, or
Commit to a 3-month Subscription, which waives the Membership Fee.
Your enrollment order shows enrolled with subscription. Our records show that your last subscription order processed on November 7th and you contacted us on November 9th to cancel your subscription. At that time your subscription was cancelled, and a confirmation number was provided. We have emailed you a prepaid return label to your email address on file so that your order ********* may be returned.
