      I ordered one item and now I have a recurring charge on my card. I can't get ahold of anyone to stop this. I did not order an item to be put on recurring charge. This needs to stop! It's gonna mess my account up.

      I have contact the representative and the company customer service. The original package they say was sent by *** or ****has never arrived. It was more than 14 days waiting for it and I had a tracking # but the package never moved. I even requested text messages from **** on the progress of the package but never got 1 text messages. I requested a refund, was never told about a membership fee, never signed up for auto delivery. I told the rep and the customer service that I wanted a refund 3 times. Then they send another replacement package by Federal express after I clear stated I wanedt this canceled. I refued the fed express delivery, i havd never gotted a refund. Then ** gettt notified last week that my next package is read and I got charged again. I immediately fed a complaint with their customer service and PayPal. I got an email today that they shipped the next package. !! I am so frustrated and irritated. It's as if this is a scam and what I ask doesn't matter. Can you please help me

      Well I did appreciate the refund, however I see in my account today that the credit was reversed. Why I don't understand. I was grateful for the credit even though I felt I should get my ******+ dollars back. Now I am back to where I started. It's just very frustrating.

      Convinced to try It Works slimming gummies via facebook messaging post. Was told after the required 3 months I could cancel. Program REQUIRES you to sign up for auto ship and pay IN ADVANCE. All poor requirements for an ethical company. Expressed my concerns and reservations assured canceling was easy after the required 3 months. After month 1, knew I did not want this product. Did not like the taste or the effects on my digestive system. FORCED to meet the 3 months. Sent several chats to Jenna who signed me up. 3 chat to company about canceling and 3 requests to cancel subscription after I recieved the 3rd required box. I am still getting charged and sent product. I have 3 boxes of unopened horrible gummies. I want this canceled and to return all unopened boxes after the 3rd and credit.

      I ordered products for weight loss through one of their reps. Their website shows a 30 day money back guarantee. I ordered a cleanse, that never cleansed and a thermofight - weight loss product as well as gummies that claimed they helped lose weight and reduce belly fat. 1) They made me sick. I have had headaches and insomnia, starting 4 days - week after using the product. I continued to try it to see if my body adjusted. After 2 weeks of use, I lowered the dose by 1/2 and still had insomnia and headaches. I contacted the company to send the merchandise back (at my expense - as stated on their site), and they refused to take it back if it was opened. How am I supposed to try the product if I can't try the product? They still refused. I explained my side effects and they still refused. The rep that sold me the products did not state clearly that I would be locked into a 3 month use of their products. The customer service rep refused to allow me to even cancel remaining product. I stated that the product does not work as described and not only that, it was making me sick. She still refused to take the product back, despite their 30 day money back guarantee (I contacted them on day 15 by the way) and she refused to cancel my 3 month commitment, only telling me that I could change my autoship to another product if I wasn't satisfied with this one. All of their products by the way are more expensive.

      I feel very strongly that they are shady. They sell you a product that not only doesn't work, but made me extremely ill for the 2 1/2 weeks I took it. As soon as I stopped the product, I felt amazingly better. I called the company and tried to resolve it with them and they wanted nothing to do with helping me. Only because I made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau are they willing to cancel my account and send me no further product. While that is a step in the right direction, I feel they could refund some of the cost, I'm looking for at least 50% of the original purchase to make me feel validated. I would warn anyone reading this review, to not do business with it works as they do not back their product in any way shape or form.

As you can see, they provided a website called "thisworks" at https://us.thisworks.com/ . We provided them with the Customer Support number for Thisworks as it does not pertain to It Works!

      As a resolution, we did cancel the customer's account and they were not liable for the membership fee. Also, we offered to refund any unopened product.

      I understand. It is unfortunate that your policies are what they are. It is my lesson learned to never buy any product again. It's unfortunate that you can sell a product that doesn't work to people and not feel badly. This product not only didn't work, but made me extremely ill for the 2 1/2 weeks that I took it. I appreciate you canceling my enrollment and will just have to live with the fact that your company doesn't stand behind its product.

      When I tried to click the yes button it told me to only click yes if I was 100% satisfied. And although I'm not, I think that it works has dug in its heels and is unwilling to move any further on this issue. So I can't check yes, because I'm not satisfied with how they handled it, but I'm done fighting with them. I just wish there was a way to warn everyone against ever buying anything from this company. They're products do not work and they do not stand behind them. Feel free to close this case. I'm done wasting my energy on them.

      Although I mistakenly used the wrong website, my issue is not with them. Please understand it is with YOUR company (it works). YOUR products affected my health EXTREMELY NEGATIVELY and I'm not happy with YOUR business practices. Let's get past the confusion of names and quit providing me a number for another company. I get that I referenced them in error. YOU are the one that sent me products that were inferior. If I got food poisoning at a restaurant , they would stand behind making me Sick. That is all I'm asking for. Accountability for your inferior product that caused me to be ill.
