    Placed order on 1/15, website showed locks were in stock. I attempted multiple times to contact the company by phone, left voicemails, sent emails, was told 1/16 they would ship on 1/17 and the locks were not actually in stock even though the website showed the locks were in stock and ready to ship, website states all products ship within 1 business day. Company responded 1/17 and advised they would ship 1/18, I have a very long email chain with customer service ***** where I have gotten NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUND- company could care less how theyre affecting their customers! Its now 1/20 and am being told they once again will ship today which is a holiday so this just sounds like another LIE!

    1/15/25- Customer placed order after ************

    1/16/25- Customer asked when order will ship and was told tomorrow (1/17/25)

    1/17/25- Customer requested we increase the shipping speed, we upgraded the shipping from ***** Ground to ***** 2Day AND refunded the original shipping cost of $13.20. Package was picked up at 3:27PM by carrier.

    1/21/25- Package is out for delivery to customer. 

    While we would have liked to get this product shipped out on 1/16/25, we took the appropriate steps of refunding the customer their shipping charge and upgraded their shipping service for free as a courtesy. By taking these steps, the customer will receive their product faster than the originally expected at no charge. 

    Customer emailed us 11 times between 1/15/25 and 1/20/25.

    The customer received 10 replies from us during that time period.

    I am rejecting this response because: the first 3 or 4 emails were asking if the product was in stock and to please return my calls as I had called and emailed with no response until the following day- they were also to confirm fitment- Company website showed the product was in stock and ready to ship sameday-however this was not the case as the product was out of stock and shipped after the 1 day timeframe stated on the company website. The company did refund the shipping which is ok with me- I tried to communicate as much as possible as I was working with a small timeframe.

    I bought a coupler lock for my travel trailer that doesn't fit right. I have sent them every type of picture of how it fits they have asked for. Each time they want a different view in the picture. Over a dozen emails and still a lock I'm unable to use. So I want them to fix it to work or refund all costs incurred both price of lock and shipping incurred both on shipping the original lock and the replacement one they sent me that doesn't work either

    3/9/23- Customer ordered lock

    4/30/23- Customer realizes that the lock he purchased is the incorrect lock for his application

    5/15/23- We conducted an exchange for the correct lock to be shipped to him

    6/10/23- Customer notifies us that the replacement lock isn't working

    6/13/23- Customer provides photos of his setup and that he can't get the lock installed

    6/14/23-We request additional photos, as we can't see what the problem is. 

    6/15/23- Customer says he will get us additional photos in a week

    6/21/23- Customer provides additional photos

    6/22/23- Customer files ******************** complaint

    6/26/23- We provide step by step instructions, with photos 

    6/28/23- Customer successfully installs lock and apologizes to us- "Please accept my apologies for being a jerk about this issue. I tried the lock today and it works great. On future locks could you make it easier to see the orientation of the direction of the key. You just about have to look at it in a mirror when the trailer is low to the ground."

     

    Proven Locks made every effort to resold ********************** issues in a timely and professional manner. The end result is that the customer is satisfied with the product and has admitted fault for the incorrect order and installation issues.
