    This company is well known. All of their locks have two things in common the same key type and they can all be shimmed open with a beer can do not buy from these greedy ******** they are actively suing in locksmith for pointing out the flaws.

    I purchased a lock from their website, I purchased according to the picture of my hitch. When it came it was to big. The website was wrong. But it was changed when I realized mine did not fit my trailer. I contacted the company and sen pictures. They said I had the wrong lock and I need to call. So I called I was told that they could send out the replacement lock and a return tag and I could send mine back when I received the replacement. Or I could purchase the correct on with out the puck and when they received mine I would get my money refunded. Well they refunded my money less 15% That was not what I was told. I should have gotton all of it back less shipping. The office manager is a Rattle Snake. Ouch!! I was defininitly taken. I am trying to get the owner to call back but I guess he doesn't have the balls. Right now for an American built product the customer service Stinks.
