      They have nice windows. But it took them a month to get them installed correctly. 3 inspections before they passed. My problem with this company is the lies they told us.. We were told we would get windows that would with stand 170 mg winds. When the windows arrived only 1 was marked that. The reason, 9, were marked 150 mph. We called company and they had no explanation and as we looked at contract it was not specified. During sales pitch the half owner said we should get the windows and then he would help us get the My Safe Florida ***************** After install they emailed me a receipt for completed work. I went to **** website and found out you couldn't apply for ***** money after job wad completed. Application had to be submitted before work was done. Therefore, I was not eligible for the $10,000. ***** money because work was completed. In my opinion this was fraud on the part of Mr. *********************** Beware consumers.Salesmen will tell you anything to get your money.

      I would like to take a moment to address some inaccuracies that have been mentioned regarding our services and the Safe Home Florida program. We have made every effort to clarify the customer's concerns about the **** and the MPH per window.

      As a company, we do not have a preference for one program over another; our compensation remains the same regardless of the path chosen by the customer. It is not in our interest to mislead or push customers in the wrong direction. I believe it is important to note that customers have the opportunity to research the **** program prior to signing with us. Additionally, we have successfully assisted many customers with ****, including those who qualify for low income or matching grants, and we can provide a comprehensive list of these clients.

      Furthermore, the customer mentioned that her inspection has already been completed by MSHF. In this case, she should expect payment after the installation is completed, not before. I find it difficult to understand the basis for any claims of dishonesty or misconduct, especially given our company's size, reputation, and commitment to integrity.

      Regarding the MPH, the document we provided serves as a comparison between Viwinco and PGT for a specific size of glass. It is important to note that as the size of the glass increases, the MPH will decrease. This information is clearly outlined in the document, which I have attached for your reference.

      Personally, if anyone is considering contracting with this company, I would suggest taking my warning. DO NOT! Still waiting on a front door. It was ordered in December 2023. Apparently, it is stuck on a BOAT in the PANAMA CANAL. Ok I understand shipping and receiving, I Understand special orders. However, I do not understand why a BUSINESS would not communicate until the customer gets upset, nor offer any solutions that may be available. Here is my offer, refund our initial deposit. Cancel the entire order and I will remove all and any reviews. Otherwise, keep our deposit fulfill your part of the contract with good quality install if it ever gets out of the canal, and we pay off final part when job is 100% complete. I leave reviews up for everyone to see. However, I will update if the job is done satisfactorily. Another option, here is an idea...SOMEONE with authority to make things happens, CALLS ME!!! and we discuss a solution to this issue rather than emails and texts and bad reviews. Hope I hear something soon!!!

      I ordered a whole front door unit from Mr. Window in Dec. The order actually didn't get sent through until Jan. 18, 2024. Here it is July 5, 2024 and I am still waiting for my front door unit. We were told it could take up to 12 weeks, here it is 30 weeks. They keep telling us it is stuck in the Panama Canal. I want proof that it is stuck there, I find this very hard to believe. My current front door is getting rain water in the front door as well as bugs. We have to keep a towel rolled up to catch the water and bugs. I am so upset with Mr. Window, please people out there DO NOT use Mr. Window, all you get is a bunch of fast talk and they already have $2,500 of my money. I would just like my money back and this contract canceled, maybe then I would believe what comes out of their mouths!!!!!

      We initially selected Mister Window and we were told our project would start in October. Sadly, there was no communication and they failed to meet their own timeline. It is now January and our job is still in progress. On day one of the project, they overcharged us. When we contacted their team about this, they continued to push us under the rug and ignored our request. We were only asking that they follow their own contract regarding price and timeline. The crew failed to follow basic code when installing our home windows. By doing so, our house is not protected from the elements. The company has been made aware of these issues - repeatedly, and they continue to disregard our concerns. We were told that all of the other projects would stop until the issues were rectified correctly for our home. Sadly, they over promised and under delivered - again. We did not get multiple crews like they told us, instead we got 1-3 people standing around - watching one guy work. To date, our windows are not properly installed. The siding was not properly removed and reinstalled, and we have failed two different inspections. We now have water damage in our sunroom from the windows they installed incorrectly. We also have damage to our hardwood floors from their crew as well. We have requested to talk to the owner of Mister Window, and asked for his contact information on several occasions and all our requests have been ignored. We have a broken sliding glass door, we have a scratched kitchen window, we have a hole now in our siding, our house is exposed in several areas to the elements, our siding is now waving on all four sides, our jtrim is falling off. We were told a new sliding glass door piece would be ordered and here in three weeks (that was almost four weeks ago). We have pictures to prove the damage and the poor craftsmanship... We expect a response and for our home to be fixed - or we will be getting a lawyer. I regret hiring this company.

      Since March 2022, we have a total of 64 emails back and forth with issues since ordering a PGT Winguard sliding door on 9/26/2021 from Mister Window. Our initial install was postponed about two weeks, as hardware was missing and the wrong sized track was sent, which was shorter than the sliding door, as well as the wrong color. We still don't understand why the project people didn't fully check initially. On 4/1/22, the door was installed and the handle screws and bottom caps were missing. We noticed there were scratches on inside of 2 of the 3 doors so had to order replacement doors; installed replacement doors on 8/18/2022; install had issue with locking metal panel and had to jerry-rig to work. On 6/5/2023, metal locking plate didn't hold, and repair crew came out on 6/9/2023 to replace. It was held in place by tape, which we have the pieces to prove. We were asked by the Operations Manager to pay $200 trip charge up front, which is unheard of! So much for standing behind your lifetime warranty on installation work! We would never recommend Mister Window as the entire experience was very upsetting!

      Pieces such as the locking plate on a sliding glass door are not covered under the manufacturers warranty for normal wear and tear - in this case breaking after extended use. Mister Window offers a lifetime warranty on our installation. We also are available to assist with any warranty claims covered under the manufacturer's warranty and will provide these parts and pieces free of charge.

      When replacing parts and pieces that are not covered under warranty, we do charge for these services. In this case, we were able to provide the replacement part from our stock inventory free of charge, but asked that our trip charge be covered.

      We are sorry to hear about the delays that took place during your initial installation. It sounds like our team was able to resolve these issues quickly which is important to ** and our customers. Our team will continue to be here for any warranty or service needs in the future.

      He's not being truthful about the continued usage of that side. If you open that door, you go into a TV stand. Again, it was ***** rigged upon initial installation and you could see the blue tape he used to get it to lock. We said we'll never open that side anyway. They should not be in business as they don't stand behind their work!
