      We have a partial installation of windows and door inserts. The inserts for our swing doors are not here yet; however, Jose and his crew were great window and patio door installers. Jose came back with another one of their crew on Saturday to make sure all the windows were sealed and the chipped stucco and paint was fixed. We’re not complete yet but if I could give the installation 5 stars I would. Giving 4 stars because everything should be ready to be installed at the same time.

      AJ and Joe completed all the window/door interior trim today and did a timely, efficient job. They were on time and had great communication throughout the whole process. They also adjusted a hurricane screen and got it functioning properly. Five stars for AJ and Joe.

      Mister Window was quick in setting up an appointment and everyone we interacted with was incredibly professional. ****** was amazing in helping us find our dream door and in replacing some windows. An incredibly easy process for us!

      I originally did a specific online search for a company that offered in-house financing and was a reputable company because I'm particular about who I give my business and money to. Once I put in information for a free quote, I received a phone call from a very friendly representative who scheduled an appointment. We were sent ****, who was a great guy and very professional. He came on time and was prepared for any and all questions my husband and I had. We had a lot of questions. **** provided us with all the information to make an informed decision. Just so I wouldn't experience FOMO, I called another business for a quote, and the customer service was not of the same caliber, and that is very important to me. It was a great experience, even though it's a daunting home renovation.

He walked me through all my options, answered every question, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The process was smooth from quote to installation. Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for quality service and a no-pressure sales approach.

      Michael with Mr. Windows came to our home and after using this company for a previous home we knew what we wanted and Michael helped facilitate the project. The previous home never had any issues or concerns so we know we will be happy this time too.
