      I had a A reservation for May 29 - May 31, 2025. After checking in we found there was sand in the beds, sands all over the floor, hair all in the tub, no towels, no toilet paper, the plumbing is aweful, the screws on the bed were so loose I wouldn’t trust sleeping in that bed, if you can even sleep on a horrible worn out mattress you can feel ever spring in, and the railing on the balcony for room 637 is extremely loose. In addition there was a wet comforter outside our room door, it was still there the next morning when we checked out. The ceiling panels were also falling apart in the hallway of our room. We went down to the main lobby, spoke to Aarena (she checked us in about 15 minutes earlier), she informed us there was not another room to move us to. There was also two other customers in the lobby, complaining about the similar conditions demanding refunds, they left after being told they would be refunded for their rooms, they just needed to contact hotels.com & ?? Expedia. ?I was not able to find another hotel with availability in my price range for that night so we opted to stay for that Thursday night and Aarena said they would refund us for Friday night we just needed to check out by 10 am. We checked out at 9:45 am. When hotels.com call to confirm that they were going to refund it they refused. So outside of being completely disgusting and unsafe, they do not honor their word. For me, it wasn’t really about the price. I have stayed with them in the past and they were decent but this time they were completely unacceptable. We ended up staying some where else for the remainder of our trip. I definitely would not recommend this place, the conditions of the rooms are not worth the money you will spend, they will tell you what you want to hear so you’re not disgruntled in their lobby, but then they will not uphold their word. If you are looking for a crack hotel, then this may be right up your alley.

      No stars. This was the worst stay, we got here Sunday night, when we woke up Monday morning my kids and husbands allergies were going completely crazy, we tried allergy medicine all day Monday, thinking it may have been weather change, but when we woke up Tuesday we asked to move rooms because we noticed other guest had dogs, so we thought maybe there may have been one in our room previously, we changed rooms Tuesday and stayed out the whole day to get their allergies under control and also got more allergy medicine, we got back to the new room around 8:30-9 put our kids to bed, I went in to shower and as I’m getting out, my husband was stomping roaches. So I asked to move Rooms again since it was around midnight, when I turned my keys in I had told them the new room I was placed in the tv was going in and out and going green to which the two guys at front desk said “yes that tv is messed up, come back in the morning to talk to them about it”, I went back this morning to talk to them about it, I was given the option to pack up again and move to another hotel, but we were already tired of packing and moving and I asked about just replacing the tv, I was told yes, then they decided not to because it wasn’t messing up when the maintenance guy walked in. When I asked to speak to someone higher up and finally got ahold of him, myself, my husband and my 3 young kids were given 1 hour to get off of their property with a refund for the remaining stay, when I asked for a cash refund to get my children another place to stay I was told by Clay ****** the conversation was over he would be at the room I was leaving at 11:30. Highly recommend not staying at any of the seahaven beach resorts. They’re disrespectful and do not clean like they should, and not to mention the shower in my first room had to be fixed, both the faucet and shower head ran while showering, so you couldn’t get clean, they would know that if they actually cleaned though.

      Guest was moved three times during her stay.  Each time the room was inspected, and we found no evidence of her claims.  Guest was abusive to the staff and used inappropriate language in front of other guests and her own children.  Guest was asked to leave the hotel.  Guest was refunded the balance of her stay.

      This was the worst and filthy hotel I have every stayed in Panama City beach Florida the toilets where backed up the tub was backed up the floors was nasty mold on the walls just un fit for someone to stay the property was not taken care of very unsafe

      I checked in on 8/28/2023 and left 5 hours later. Roaches and ants all over the room. Went to the front desk and the lady looked at me like I was crazy. I took pictures and asked for a refund and they refused. This place need to be shut down.

      This place needs to be shut down. I have never stayed in such a poor hotel like seahaven. First, the staff is RUDE. Staff member Hayden Vines needs his job taken away from him. I have never met a person as rude as him. he nor any other employee cares about you or your stay there. Smoking a cigarette while talking to customers and flicking the ashes on them. GROSS!!! Our ac was not working, the floors and walls was soaking wet. There was BLACK MOLD on pillows. Many people had to leave this hotel because of the room situation!! We packed our bags at 10 at night and had to drive all the way home because of the room condition and rude staff! They told us if we didn’t like the room we could get a refund and leave. Then they told us we could not get a refund! Finally after them calling the police we was able to get a refund! One of the children with us fell because the floor was so wet and left a bruise on his face!!!! This is not acceptable and action needs to be taken to shut this hotel down!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

      If I could give this hotel a minus ten, I would. This place is an unhealthy, filthy, dump. We were on the 7th floor and the only elevator is out of commission for our entire stay. The vents were thick with dust, carpets nothing but dirt, ceiling falling down, refrigerator missing parts, drapes falling off rods. There are bare lightbulbs hanging from the ceiling in shower and above tub. There is no such thing as housekeeping, even though we stayed four nights (wanted to leave but no refund). The staff was rude and incompetent. Upon checkout, the manager, Parker, said he’d comp us $250.00 due to having no elevator but it never happened. I’d sleep in my car before stepping foot in this disaster again.
