I have been trying to get my money back from this company Autoledtech , I thought the product for the money was very poorly made so finally after complaining to them they sent a return label witch I have documentation of our conversations when they got the product back I will receive a full refund quoted, last Wednesday the 16 of April they received the product and they have not even answered of what's going on since then like they said in the email when we receive the product you will receive a full refund nothing yet they keep playing around with there customers so I hope U can help me in this matter and leave a blemish on this company's name and get me refunded and for how the treat the people that spend good money with them, Thank You Sin: ****** ******Business Response

The package was not delivered to our shop, it was held at the local post office for pickup. We were not able to pick it up and verify the return until Friday, 4/18. Once the contents were verified, the refund was issued. You kept emailing us asking when the refund would be issued before the package was even delivered to us. We informed you that once it was delivered to us and the contents were verified, the refund would be issued. No one is giving you the run-around. I trusted AutoLEDTech to deliver a high-quality product but received a subpar experience. I ordered custom-built headlights for over $2,000 and waited 10 weeks for their completion. Communication was severely lacking—I had to initiate contact six weeks into the process, and the customer service team was dismissive and unprofessional, making me feel like a burden for seeking an update on a significant purchase. When the headlights finally arrived, I had them professionally installed at a custom upgrades shop. Unfortunately, the "demon eyes" feature I paid extra for didn’t function properly. One headlight displayed only green, and both headlights only worked in white. Additionally, the left low beam was aimed far too low, with the adjustment screw maxed out, leaving the beam dangerously short and unsafe for nighttime driving. Also the DRLs (brightness) are pretty much useless during daytime driving. The turn signals are barely visible. I later discovered that, despite being custom-built, the headlights used cheap Chinese knock-off housings instead of high-quality SRT housings. This downgrade in materials explained the poor quality and performance. AutoLEDTech blamed the shop for improper installation, claiming the LEDs were damaged and not covered under warranty. However, the installation process is plug-and-play, with connectors that can only fit in specific locations, making incorrect installation impossible. Despite providing clear evidence of these issues, AutoLEDTech ignored my emails and refused to address the problems. They lack a phone line for direct communication, making resolution even more difficult. This experience was an expensive and regretful mistake. AutoLEDTech delivered a product that was not only defective but also unsafe for use. Coupled with poor customer service and a lack of accountability, buyers should beware of this company.Business Response

We've already addressed the demon eye issue with you - the shop plugged one of the demon eyes directly into the controller, rather than into the labeled LED driver box. This damaged the red and blue colored diodes. This is why only green works. The shop plugged it into the bluetooth controller directly, vs plugging it into the LED driver box that is labeled. The demon eye was likely set to red, which would damage that color.
Left headlight cutoff - If you look at how headlight projectors are designed, the left headlight cutoff is much lower than the right by design. Oncoming traffic approaches you from the opposite direction on your left side. The lower cutoff beam on the left headlight is to ensure your headlight is not blinding drivers as they approach from oncoming traffic. This is mandated by DOT. I have attached a photo illustrating this so you can better understand.
Aftermarket headlights - The OEM headlights from Mopar are $800+ EACH. We use aftermarket headlights that are DOT approved so that the lights are more affordable. Nowhere in the product description does it state that we are using OEM Mopar headlights. If we were using OEM headlights, the headlights would be $3000+.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
Under Florida Statutes Section 316.237(3), low-beam headlights must be aimed to illuminate people and vehicles at a distance of at least 150 feet. The headlights sold to me by AutoLEDTech fail to meet this requirement, as they only illuminate approximately 50 feet, which is insufficient and noncompliant with state law. The photos I have included clearly demonstrate the significant difference between AutoLEDTech's substandard headlights and the proper illumination provided by OEM SRT headlights.
I have removed the AutoLEDTech headlights from my vehicle and plan to have a reputable company build custom lights that meet both my expectations and legal standards. My objective now is to inform as many people as possible about the inferior quality and service provided by this company, to prevent others from experiencing the same disappointment.

Ordered product from company and recieved it within a few days. After opening I noticed that the product lights I recieved were different looking than the photos on the company’s website and aren’t near as dark and much more transparent lights. I emailed company owner and asked if wrong product was sent and he said no they sent the right product. I asked to return the unused and original mailing product due to looking different and he said yes but 10% cost on refund for “restocking” then when I stated I request 100% of my cost paid, owner stated he had to pay credit card process fee/he time wasn’t fee, and I the customer was being the most difficult. I will be sending product back and if not 100% refunded my cost paid for product I will request fraud charge on false advertised product thru my bank. This customer requested a discount before purchasing. We gave them a discount code on a relatively cheap item just to be nice. They then request a 100% refund the day the item is delivered because the shade of the tint in person is slightly different than the 2nd product photo that clearly has an edited background to show a photo of the product then a photo of it installed. Feel free to look at the photos they submitted. We explained that they can return the item, but there is a 10% restocking fee to cover the original shipping cost ($7.99) and the original credit card processing fee that IS NOT REFUNDED TO US BY THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR. (Our FAQ says 15% but we reduced it to 10% right off the rip) Customer threatens BBB complaint and to file a "fraudulent charge" with their credit card company even though they 100% placed this order and provided clear evidence/admitted they made the purchase in this complaint. As you can see, they are indeed being a difficult customer for no reason, you can't please everyone.
This text is taken directly from our FAQ, the very first paragraph:
"Do We Accept Returns?
Yes! We do accept returns within the first 30 days. Products outside of 30 days from receiving your item are ineligible for a refund or exchange. We DO NOT accept returns on custom or hand-built items and parts such as custom or prebuilt headlights, steering wheels, grill light bars, wiring harnesses, or any items in our closeouts section. Our standard products restocking fee is outlined below:

Our time, labor, and shipping cost are not free, just like yours. Furthermore, the original transaction fees (typically 2-5% depending on payment method) are not refunded to us by the payment processor when an order is canceled. The restocking fee also covers this.
Tier 1: Perfect condition. (Unopened & like-new) = 15% Restocking Fee: 85% refund or 100% store credit. 20% for international orders.
Tier 2: Re-conditionable. (Packaging opened or damaged) = 20% Restocking Fee: 80% refund or 90% store credit. 25% for international orders.
Tier 3: Inability to restock. (Product & packaging both damaged or Product is used or installed ) = Not eligible for refund
In the case that a customer refuses delivery on a custom, special order item (including prebuilt headlight assemblies) and forces a return, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount as well as the original shipping costs associated with the item to help cover a portion of the costs of parts, time, and labor involved with building the custom, special order item.
Please be advised the original shipping cost (paid or unpaid) will also be deducted from the refundable amount. Please provide us with the tracking number of your return when you ship it. Otherwise, there is a chance that the refund will not be processed. Order Custom built lights, the website explicitly says the lights can take up to 90 days but George and his company stop replying to me after I diplomatically correspondent with them to know how long it would take but they completely stopped responding and I would like a refund after several months of having my money tied up in what seems alike a scam.Business Response

On February 2, 2024 I order a third brake light for a 2024 3500 Dodge Ram. I received the item and had it installed by a professional auto mechanic. The auto mechanic informed me that the light was not working properly. The mechanic showed me on the packing slip. They sent a third brake light for a 2009 to 2018 Dodge Ram. He also showed me that the wiring harness plug on the third brake light was not compatible the plug on the truck. I informed AutoLedTech of what is going on and was sent the wrong light. I was then told it was the right part and it had been installed wrong. Then was told that the truck had to be turned on and in drive. I responded, the third brake light was tested in every way that it will normally be used in. Then I was told the third brake light would fit that year truck and it does work. I am not disputing the light not physically working. I am disputing, the light is the wrong model and year for the truck I told them I have. I have include the packing slip showing the year of truck that brake light fits. Also a picture of the wiring harness that is missing a one blade, showing that third brake does not fit the year of truck that I order it for. As I have already informed the customer, the 09-18 Ram and the 2019+ Ram HD 3rd brake lights are identical and share the same part number from the manufacturer. I have included a screenshot showing that they are the same (09-18 Ram/19+ Ram HD). I also informed them that I would contact the manufacturer to see if there is a reason why the brake light function would not work. The missing blade does not mean this is not the correct part either. There is only one blade so this part remains compatible with both the 09-18 Ram and the 19+ Ram HD. The manufacturer is not going to make a completely different model light with a connector that has both blades when a connector with one blade will work for both. Again, you received the correct part. It is not incorrect. The 09-18 Ram and 19+ Ram HD 3rd brake lights are identical and interchangeable. It does not matter that the box says 09-18; they are identical as shown by the screenshot. I've explained this numerous times via email already.Customer Answer

I purchased a product (RGB LED front grill emblem) from this company and within about 5-6 months it started to fail (fading and LED boards going bad) I contacted them and they sent me a new one. The new one worked for a few months the emblem went bad again. I went to change the color and it kept resetting to the previous color and once I kept trying it just completely lost connection with the bluetooth module within the emblem and I was stuck with a non working emblem. Reached out to the company regarding the issue and explained this was the 2nd product that failed and I asked could I just get a refund and they said mail back the item. I did. They received the product and I emailed them the tracking info the same day I mailed it back to them. I haven't heard anything back from them since then. So now I am out of my product and my money. I used a company called affirm to purchase the product and I had to reach out to them and file a claim against the merchant to resolve this matter. I want the public to be aware about this company and their shady ways of scamming people out of their money and getting their product back.Business Response

The item was returned and delivered to us on the 4th of July. We were not in the office or answering emails Friday-Tuesday. Customer sent us 3 emails, one saying they shipped it and that it should arrive Wednesday, one saying it would be delivered a day early and to let them know when the refund was issued (This email was sent on the 4th of July, we had 50+ emails from late Friday to Tuesday to go through), then an email on Friday saying they filed a chargeback and filed a BBB complaint. They gave us 2 business days to respond to this. We issued the full refund on Friday. We are not "scamming" people. You ordered an item November of last year. You had an issue with it and we sent you a new one. You had an issue with that one and requested a full refund, which we usually would not do for an order thats 8 months old, but we agreed to it. The return was marked delivered to our shop on a holiday and you gave us 2 days then resorted to filing a chargeback and a BBB complaint. Some patience from the customer and some understanding that they are not the only customer, email, or task we have at hand after a 4 day holiday weekend would have been greatly appreciated. We apologize that 2 business days was far too long for you to wait to receive a full refund for an 8 month old used product that you returned on a holiday.Customer Answer

On 2/25/23 I placed an order for 1x 2015-2023 Dodge Challenger RGBW Color-Chasing LED Halo DRL Prebuilt Headlights (Flow Series) - Demon Eyes / Add LED Bulbs / No for $1,399.99 each 1x Flow Series LED Color-Chasing Bluetooth Controller (V2) - No / No for $49.99 each 1x Flow Series Sequential Turn Signal + Auto White DRL Harness - No / No - I already have one for $49.99 each 1x Dodge Mopar SRT LED Badge Emblem Logos (RGB/White) - SRT Hellcat / RGB Multicolor / Bluetooth App Controller (RGB Only) for $329.99 each Coming to a total of 1829.96 that was charged to my card, I reached out asking if they could send the Dodge Mopar SRT LED Badge Emblem first while I wait for the head lights. On 3/22/23 I received a email saying my head lights were shipped but on 3/24/23 I noticed they still weren’t actually shipped so I reached out and was informed that they didn’t have the correct bulb in stock so I had to wait for new ones to arrive. On 4/3/23 I reached out asking for an updated because it was still showing no movement to no reply. On 4/23/23 I reached out informing I started a claim the UPS about my lost package and on 4/25/23 I was told they would call to reopen the case with UPS. 4/27/23 reached out again asking for updated. No reply. 5/4/23 reached out again. Replied saying they would go by UPS and check for the package. 5/5/23 I was informed they would try again to reopen the claim with UPS. 5/6/23 I requested a refund seeing as how I still had not received my package. No reply. 5/19/23 reached out again asking for refund. 5/29/23 reached out requesting refund or I would be reporting to the BBB. Still no reply. The package was dropped off and accepted by UPS and scanned into their system, then showed movement to one distribution center before it stopped updating/showing movement. We opened a case, it was closed by UPS, then we opened it again and it was denied. Customer did not add shipping insurance to their order. We are not responsible for lost/damaged/stolen packages after they are out of our possession and accepted by the mail carrier unless shipping insurance is added. Shipping insurance can be added to all orders at checkout which insures the complete value of the package in the case that it is lost, arrives damaged, or is stolen.
