    Bought headlights for my g37, not even 6 months in i get condensation/water in them after paying over $2000 for them and the drk strip stops working. I reach out to George for some recourse and to no avail nothing. I don't recommend buying from this company.

    Worst customer service ever! I ordered a product from them when they arrive in wired them up and one side didn't work so I contacted them about sending them back for a replacement set. They told me that they were going to reach out to the manufacturer to see what they could do. I told them I purchased the product through them not the manufacturer so I would just like a replacement or full refund. Then I received this reply "What do you think we're doing???? We are contacting the manufacturer so we can get a replacement part for you. I'm not going to continue repeating myself and wasting my time because you clearly seem to not comprehend. We will email you when they ship the replacement part. I'm not going back and forth with you about this" What type of customer service professionals replies this type of stuff to paying customers??? Bad business practice above! I wouldn't trust them or recommend them to anyone. I will never do business with any companies that hire staff that talk like this to their customers!!

    We explained to you multiple times that 1) This product shipped directly from the manufacturer, not from us. 2) We did not have the actual part or replacement parts in stock because, again, this shipped directly from the manufacturer. 3) We contacted the manufacturer to let them know the issue so they could provide the required replacement part to fix your issue. 4) The manufacturer would be shipping the replacement part directly to you. After repeatedly telling you this, you kept repeating "But I didn't buy this from the manufacturer, I bought it from you so you need to fix it" which is exactly what we were doing. After the 4th time of you repeating some variation of this, our customer service agent sent you that message because you still seemed to not be able to understand that. After explaining the same thing over and over to you, the agent lost their patience with you which is completely understandable. Then, rather than troubleshoot the issue so we could identify the proper replacement part for you (which is what the manufacturer directly recommended), you instead decided that you would rather spend 30 minutes of your time leaving multiple reviews and filing a BBB complaint. Its pretty clear that you have no intention of working with us to remedy the issue with your product (which is likely as simple as sending a replacement harness, but you still will not swap it over to the other side so we can confirm that is the issue). It would have been much more efficient for both of us if you cooperated rather than being stubborn during this entire process, which helps no one. You still refuse to cooperate at this point, so we are unable to remedy the issue. I'll post our email thread here so everyone can see how difficult you were being:

    -several emails explaining to you that we have contacted the manufacturer to let them know of the issue so they could provide the replacement harness -

    "I would like a refund please since I didn't get confirmation on replacement "

    "-your name-, I emailed you yesterday telling you I contacted the manufacturer about the issue and I am still waiting for their response. They will provide a replacement harness. Again, I will contact you when I receive a response."

    "Ok but I bought it from you guys and it arrived defective so the replacement at this point would be through you guys and then you take it up with the manufacturer."

    "-your name-, This shipped directly from the manufacturer. We need to contact the manufacturer so they know there is a problem and will ship the replacement. We do not have this product on hand. What do you not understand about this?

    "That's on you guys though because I purchased through you guys"

    "What do you think we're doing? We are contacting the manufacturer so we can get a replacement part for you. I'm not going to continue repeating myself and wasting my time because you clearly seem to not comprehend. We will email you when they ship the replacement part. I'm not going back and forth with you about this."

    "I've never in my life had a company just talk to me like this. I will be leaving feedback online for you guys and also contacting my bank to dispute the charge. Best of luck with all the reviews and the BBB will be on contact soon!"
