    Paid money for phone calls ($33.99) on 12-19-22. Inmate says can only call landlines & is not able to reach us - very few people have a landline anymore! That was not made clear at time of my purchase.
    Then purchased 30 emails on 12-27-22 at a cost of $21+ and that function evidently requires an uploaded photo which it is not clear how to do. It says something about accessing a "flash popup" and nothing popups.
    I've been working with computers over 30 years so I consider myself on the high end of proficient.
    Attempts to contact their customer service have been frustrating and unsuccessful.

    We have contacted this customer and reviewed her issues.  The email issue is resolved with both parties successfully emailing.  We disccussed the calling issue and explained that there is no difference between landlines or cell phones both can be called by the inmate.  The issue is how the inmate is calling.  We gave her some insight and she was going to communicate this with the inmate.  We have not heard back from her and assume that her issues are resolved.  Thank you for the opportunity to get this customers issues taken care of.

    I scheduled a video visit with my son so he could watch his son open presents. Geneva county jail only has one phone so he missed his visit because there was two scheduled at the same time. so at least the other inmates got to tell his family merry Christmas and needless to say, my son did not get to watch his son open his presents. If you only have one serving in the jail, then only one visit should be scheduled in a 30 minute increments. Thank you for the merry Christmas. I’m not getting to see my son or nothing but trouble when you use this inmate sales. I really wish they would switch.

    I made a visit for an inmate on inmate sales, thru out the whole entire visit the screen keep freezing up and words were sounding jumbled up together and supar fast or they were lagging real slow and then it kept kicking it off and making us have to reconnect repeadly.

    We have contacted this customer and have explained and resolved the issue. We gave her some insight and advice on how to improve reception on her phone and hopefully this will help her future visits. Thank you for the opportunity to assit her with this matter.
