    Ordered custom replacement windows and they measured and came to install the windows and one window is the wrong size. And they put it in anyway. They cut my trim molding and cut the inside window casement so you can see the cuts. Just a sloppy job. When they finished the job I said I was not happy with the window and they need to fix the problems they said they would order an new window. And make the other repairs. And then time went by and they called to get the final inspection. I said they can't do that because the window is not replaced and the other items fixed. And now I was told the window was broken when it came in .. brings us to today the said I would receive a call tin the am about a time frame that the installers would be here to get it finished and installed . Still have not heard from them I called and I am getting the run around. Ect ect. Just not a good company to deal with.

    Thank you for
    sharing the homeowner's feedback with us. At MaxHome, our top priority is to
    exceed our customers' expectations.

    We have been
    actively addressing the customer's concerns since the installation. One of the
    windows needed to be replaced due to an incorrect size, and the customer also
    expressed dissatisfaction with some of the finishes. We reordered the window,
    with an expected delivery date of August 2nd. A technician was scheduled to
    visit on August 8th at 4 PM to install the replacement window and resolve any
    additional issues. However, the customer remained unsatisfied with the
    installation and finishes.

    On August 21st,
    2024, our Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager personally
    visited the customer’s home to review the concerns in detail. We have committed
    to addressing all of the customer's concerns to their satisfaction and are
    offering a discount on the project as compensation for the inconvenience.

    Amount paid $10,825.00
    Complete removal of bathtub and replacement with Jacuzzi shower in 2 days remove all and clean up area
    The work took longer than stated
    The worker cut a main shower support beam and did nothing to fix it
    The work was not completed in away that the shower could be used after we were told they were finished
    I have been told no less than 10 times that someone would be in contact with us about the problem but no one has contacted us to fix this.
