    I scheduled an appointment after filling out a questionnaire on Facebook. That should have been my first clue. The day of the appointment arrived (Saturday) and less than one hour before the appointment time, I was contacted and told the designer was running over 3 hours behind schedule. They told me they would contact me the following Monday to reschedule. Fast forward to the FOLLOWING Saturday and someone called to reschedule. We scheduled for Wednesday at 6pm. I confirmed the appointment Wednesday at 9:30am. At 6:15pm, when no one had arrived, I called to get an ETA. I was told no one was dispatched to my home as I had not confirmed. I told the operator I would look into another company due to their scheduling issues two separate times and her response was a very flippant “oh well”. This showed me this company does not care about their clients at all.

    Terrible experience from the start.
    October 26, 2023 was the installation day. The guys came out and their way of replacing the windows was to brake the glass before taking the frame out. This has left glass shards everywhere. In side and out. I happen to have 2 dogs that I love dearly. This has left them in a unsafe space. I left a review and Jeff contacted me the next morning. Said he wanted tomake things good. While they were replacing the windows the frame had broke on one. They ordered a new frame before they left that day. In January they came back over to replace the frame, and some of the other windows that had imperfections. (or so I thought) They odered the wrong frame or wasn't sent with the correct one because it is still broke 6 months later. While I was cleaning I noticed another window had a broken pane. I sent Jeff a text immediately and he said he would get on it the first thing the next day.. I have yet to hear anything from them. 3 Months later... They have been paid in full. They offer a lifetime warranty. Now I am being ghosted.. It seems like every time I turn around I am finding a bubble in between the glass or a broken part. These windows were not cheap, but it feels like they are made that way. Not to mention I can see outside under one of them.. Bad workmanship. Terrible customer service. I do NOT recommend this companty for anything.
