  I am a customer who decided to use *** Cool for services. Everything was wonderful at the beginning of all my projects. But as time went on we noticed some big problems. First we got a brand new air unit with new duck work and air return. The air wasn't working right it was still warm in my home. After months of me complaining they finally sent someone out. To find out they forgot to add freon to make the air cool. After that we called in and explained the rooms were still warm and we needed to use fans to keep cool. After months they sent someone else out to find out he needed to put the speed or whatever number up to make it work right. Now our rooms are warm and the living room and kitchen are cold. There is no consistency with the air 2) We had a big shower to have tiled after their plumbing,well the shower head was hitting our nose it was installed too low and the shower looked like a kid did it. They agreed it was horrible. So they offered to redo it and once again it was done wrong for the forth time. I told them i don't want them redoing it again. They have caused me and my mother who has dementia emotion stressed which caused us both emergency visit to the hospital. The showers grout is falling off, the tiles on the left side of the shower is loose,the bottom drain one of the tile is pulled which cut my husband and last but not least the showers ledge has not been put on which i have complained since last year. Since last year i have heard many excuses for why something is not working or why the haven't done anything. But the worst of all the owner/manager has not made an attempt to give me a call and resolve these issues since last year. And once again I called the office and as always they tell me he will give me a call. I want compensation for everything done wrong and be done with this company.
