    I Gave tem 5 dollars they wen thew 3 sets of employees my car was damaged. Steal time the struts for Mt hydrolics were stolen ..they knew the car was functioning I called the police thy did noting..

    On June 26th, my vehicle was towed to Low Cost Trans to get repaired. I was informed that because of the high volume of customers not paying, that I wpuld have to pay half the repair in advance, and do in house financing for the remainder balance, However, payment was never discussed. 2 weeks and 3 transmissions later I get my car back, but I noticed a transmission leak, and my key keeps getting stuck in the ignition due the shifter not going into park all the way. I took my car back in to get checked and was told that the fluid was residual. A couple of days later I'm having issues. Took it back in to get checked, and been informed that I needed another transmission. They had my car for another couple of weeks, until they finally got it right. However, they never fixed my shifter, and I now have a broken transmission mount which they refuse to take responsibility for. They threatened to hold my car as collateral, because I refused to pay them until my repairs are 100% completed. Their service is unacceptable, and I expect better service. As a result, I suffered loss wages and fell behind on my bills. I couldn't work without my car.
