      I placed an order (#******) at 7:30am December 11th. At 6pm December 11th, I tried contacting the company to cancel my order, as my sister had already purchased the same item for our dad. After "messaging" with this company's website AI bot (*****) and sending repeated emails I've gotten no help at all. After some research and a phone call to the 1 800 number listed on the BBB site (which is for a phone *** line).... I've realized I will not be getting any help. I am stopping payment. I've received an email about shipping and the history on the shipping tracker says the order was picked up at 3am..... 4 hours before I even placed the order!I'd be happy to pay some kind of inconvenience fee, if anyone would respond. I'm not sure this is even a real company. I'm so disappointed in the customer service and communication.

      Shipping Timing Discrepancy

      The claim that the shipping tracker shows the package being picked up at 3:00 a.m., prior to the order being placed, appears to be a technical error in the shipping carrier's tracking system. Our records confirm the order was placed on December 11th at 7:30 a.m., processed the same day, and shipped promptly in accordance with our holiday season commitment to fast delivery.

      Cancellation Request
      We regret that the cancellation request made on December 11th at 6:00 p.m. could not be processed in time. Orders placed during the holiday season are expedited quickly, often leaving our facility within hours, which unfortunately limits our ability to intercept them once they are in transit. However, we have refunded the full order amount to ensure ****** Tarhanich is not inconvenienced further.

      Customer Service Contact Issues

      We were surprised to learn about the reference to a non-company phone number. Our correct customer service number is **************, and it is prominently listed on our website. We maintain a dedicated support team that responds to all inquiries within 12 hours. Additionally, we are investigating the claim about difficulties with our AI bot, *****, and will take appropriate action to improve its effectiveness.

      Resolution Provided
      While we have already processed a full refund for this order, we deeply regret any frustration or confusion caused during this process. Our company takes great pride in providing timely customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all our customers.

      I placed an order, #******, with them on 12/12/2023 with guaranteed delivery by 12/24/2023. As of this time I still have not received any shipping confirmation. I have reached out to them twice, on 12/19/2023 and 12/21/2023, thru their contact us link. I have not received a response from them. I would like my order to be filled or a refund issued immediately.

      I'm sorry your order has not been received. Unfortunately a snag in the supply chain is causing the Alpha Batch Case to be delayed in getting to us beyond what we have expected, and I apologize for the delay. We have responded to both emails (on 12/19 and 12/22) and are sorry to hear they were not received.

       

      Given the circumstances ad request, I have cancelled the order and issued a full refund since it cannot be immediately fulfilled. We're sorry this order didn't work out.

      I ordered a Manvent Advent calendar for my son-in-law. I paid for it on 10/21/23 with requested shipping date of 11/27/23. Order#******. My son-in-law still has not received the gift. I have emailed customer service multiple times. ************************* responded on 11/28/23 and said the order was being prepared and I would receive tracking soon. On 12/2/23 I received a ***** tracking #************. As of today ***** still has not received the package, only the label has been created. I would like a full refund as my gift is not going to arrive in time for advent.

      I ordered a Sparkling Wine Advent Calendar on 11/25/2023, order #****** from GiveThemBeer.com. According to your website the company's place of service is *************, **, which is only 88 miles from my location. The company charged my account immediately for the product, thus, per their website, shipping would have commenced on 11/27/2023. I did not receive any confirmation about the product being shipped, again should have per their website. I emailed their customer service on 11/28/23 to confirm when product would be shipped because the product is liquor someone over 21 needs to be home to sign for the package. As of 12/1/2023, I did not receive a response to my email, but now I am receiving spam email from 3rd parties indicating they are from this company. On 12/1/23 I called the ************** number listed on their ******** account, but it rings to a medical supply company. I also looked the company on Sunbiz, as they need to be a registered company to do business in the ****************. They are not a registered company to do business in the ****************.First, I would like a full refund of $154.08. Second, I would like them reported to the ******* Attorney General.       Ordered the Whiskey Advent Calendar ($149) on 14 November 2023 as a gift for our friend; as of today 21 November we have not received a tracking number. Accordingly to their website, items ship within 1-2 business days. I have emailed the company twice without a reply and they do not have a phone number to call. We hope to receive before 01 December 2023.

      I placed an order with this company and the shipping still only says label created. *** reached out to them once via their website and then emailed them last night- no response. There is no number to call. This was a birthday present but now that wont be happening. Wondering if this is a scam business. Based on the other BBB complaints, sadly it does not seem like Im the only one experiencing this. 0/5 stars. They arent actually giving anyone beer.

      Placed an order on 4/26/23. On 5/10/23 I realized they had never delivered the gift. No notification from Give Them Beer - no anything. But they sure as heck charged my card $100 for it. When I contacted customer service, it took 2 days to respond with an apology and a message saying I could get a refund or reshipped. When I responded via email to ask how long it would be for the new shipment to arrive, nothing. They totally ghosted me. Today 5/22/23 A FULL MONTH AFTER I ORDERED IT - I got notice that they had reshipped the original package back to themselves. Not to my recipient. As of yet, still no refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

      My mother, *********************************, placed an order for a liquor advent calendar on 11/18/22 to gift to my husband and me. Order #*****. She has been ill and realized a couple of days ago that it still had not arrived. She had to go back into the hospital so she gave me the order confirmation to follow up. The order was $99. The ***** tracking provided shows that while a label was created on 11/25, nothing has been delivered to ***** to ship. She wanted to give the gift to us on 12/1. I have emailed the company, filled out their contact us form and sent messages via ********* No response to any of these. When I call the number listed on their website and listed here, it says that it is not in service. I am concerned that my mother's money has been stolen and there is no intent to ship the goods or reply. Please help. We would like to have the advent calendar either overnighted for quick delivery or a refund.
