    * I ordered -- and was charged $198.07 -- on October 9th. * On November 2nd I received an email from SleeveSupply, which I have attached. * I never received a *** tracking number that the email promised.* I have called and emailed the company every day since. Clearly they have my phone number and refuse to answer my calls or return my emails.* More than 10 consecutive days in which the company will not answer my calls or return my emails.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    A) I have not received a *** tracking number

    B) Per the company's marketing talking points, my product should have arrived two weeks ago.

    C) *********** has IGNORED my voicemails and emails for more than 10 business days. As recently as this week, they have not responded to my messaging.

    D) My sleeves are for a local company called Cafe ****** which has two locations here in *******. I promised the owner -- BASED SOLEY ON MY COMMUNICATION WITH SLEEVESUPPLY.COM -- that the sleeves would arrive this week. Sleeve supply's LACK OF COMMUNICATION to me has not only been an inconvenience, it has damaged my reputation and damaged my business. My next action will be to hire a lawyer if the sleeves don't arrive by November 21, 2023.

    THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered from this business 2 times. The first order was delayed in shipment for longer than the time they promised (***** and ******), and they ignored me until I filed a chargeback from my credit card. Then they emailed and said the order was completed in production and ready to ship. So I made the payment again for that order, and I received it. I ordered 2nd time in August 27, and was promised by ****** that it would take 8 weeks lead time. I contacted her on October 13 and tried everything I could: email, phone call, voicemail, until she responded to me on 10/20 and said that the tracking number would be sent to me by the end of the day. I got nothing till 10/27, and I filed a chargeback. Then, the next day, 10/28, **** emailed me and said that my order was canceled due to the chargeback, but it was already done if I still wanted it, they would duplicate the order and ship it to me after I made payment. GUESS WHAT?!! I PAID and never heard from them again, nor did I receive my order or even see the status of my orders (original and the duplicated one) till today 11/7, despite trying to email to 3 email addresses I got from them to all the people that sent me emails, called them, left voicemail, and chat. NOTHING from them. Like they are dead!!! Well, ****** learned! I need to file the chargeback again now, and I wish they will be out of business soon to save us the energy!

    This company is a real trash. I placed my order 3 months ago then didnt get it yet. They even lied that my order would shipped about 2 weeks ago. To get just short anwer i believe i tried contact them about 100 times. Then when i tried to contact them again, they are just ignoring all the time. I will *** this guys if my order is not arrived by end of our construction next week. I cannot believe this terrible comapny is running business over 10 yrs.

    We placed an order for cups on 07/12/2023. We were promised the cups would arrive within 4-6 weeks due to a lead time for custom cold cups.It is now 10/17/2023, which is significantly past that time frame. I have been trying to get in contact with the company for weeks now via their chat, their email, and phone number. I've tried contacting a customer specialist directly, as well as their main phone number. No one has answered anything, nor have they called us back.All we wanted was an update on our order, even if it was delayed. Letting us know what's happening would be more professional than ignoring your customer.

    I ordered coasters and cup sleeves from this company. After several emails back and forth I finally received the sleeves however, I still have not gotten the coasters and have not gotten any word back or a refund! Their site says that they are still processing for shipment yet no one will get back and I have not received anything!

    Order placed on 4/12/23.Proof received and approved on 4/12/23.It is now 8/25/23 and I still have not received my product. Despite my many attempts to call, live chat, and email, I did not receive a response about my order until 6/12/23. They said the order was on track and would be shipped out the end of that week. On 6/23/23 I still had not received a tracking number, so I reached out to them again and received no response until 6/29/23, when they said they would check with their production team and get back to me. It is now 8/25/23 and they still have not gotten back to me or shipped my order, and they have failed to reply to my several attempts to contact them.DO NOT under any circumstances, order from this company. We are a large company with a legal team that will be seeking full compensation plus damages.

    Order #***** was placed on June 10th, 2023 for several thousand custom printed cups totaling $899.95. The payment was processed June 12th and the sample proof was approved June 20th. The company advertises a 4-6 week lead time, so I contacted them on July 20th to inquire about my order status. Reply from customer service the next day indicated that the order was due to be completed and shipped at the beginning of the following week, July 24th being that following Monday. I was told that I would receive tracking information once the order was sent off for shipping.After not receiving any tracking information or communication for a week, I reached out to the same customer service representative on August 1st via email. I was unable to get in touch with them and my emails and attempts at using their live chat feature have gone unanswered. I have also made additional followup calls to the representatives listed number as well as the companys number. Having now seen the litany of negative experiences others have had with this company, I do not even want the product any longer (if it even existed) and simply want a full refund.
