we ordered both logo cups and sleeves on June 19, 2023. We have been waiting without response from the company on the cups. We have spent $4000 on the order and only received a small portion of it. I am rejecting this response because:This company claimed they would have my order filled in a timely manner. Only after making my initial bbb complaint did they respond to me. They then proceeded to only fill half of my order, so my business has been without coasters for an unbelievable amount of time. We would like what we paid for and we would like it NOW.

On 6/3-2023, i purchased (Order # *****) some coffee cup sleeves and logo disposable cups. While I received the sleeves, I never received the cups. When I called in on June 28 to inquire about my cups, I was told I needed to make another payment of $75 for a set-up fee. I was taken aback that my card would be charged on June 3 for the original order and not be told about the set-up fee at that time. Nevertheless, I paid the $75 set-up fee and from that point on, none of my emails of phone calls have been returned. i sent an email or left a voice message on July 11, 12, 13 and 18th andI have received nothing but radio silence. i checked to see if others have experienced problems with this company and realized, everybody has the same complaint.Business Response

I ordered custom sleeves on 6/29/2023 for the amount of $70.47 and received a confirmation email, Order #*****. When I did not receive any confirmation of production, I reached out for an update on 7/5/23 and received an immediate response letting me know that they will be produced by my deadline of 7/19/23 and I'll receive an email with sample proof "as soon as it becomes available". No other communication from there. I reached out again 7/17 with no response, tried calling the company phone number that leads to a voicemail with no name, tried the live chat on the website, and emailed & called *****************************, ******* that had given me the response on 7/5/23, the number also leading to a voicemail with no name. After reading the other complaints, I realize now that this company is a scam. It is fraudulent and needs to be shut down. I placed an order on April 30, 2023 for custom printed cup sleeves. I understand the lead time on a custom printed order, and have ordered from them in the past. It is now July 19,2023. Well past the 4-6 week lead time and ample time to ship. I have received zero communication since my order confirmation, despite sending emails for updates. I was very pleased with my product the first time that I ordered and I would gladly order again if they can rectify this situation and get the product to me quickly. I place an order for custom logo plastic cups on 5/13/2023 - order #*****. I received an email confirmation on 5/13/2023 and my credit card was charged on the same date. At time of order, it was indicated on the website that fulfillment of the order would take 4-6 weeks. I received a proof of the custom order 5/16/2023 via email and accepted the proof on 5/17/2023. Since that time, I have not received the ordered product nor any communications from the company. As we've reached the end of the 4-6 week fulfillment period, I reached out to the company via email on 6/20/2023, and then again on 6/22/2023, 6/23/2023 and 6/26/2023. I also left voicemails at the phone number stated on the website on 6/22/2023 and 6/23/2023 and attempted to contract the company via the chat function on the website on 6/20/2023. No responses have been provided to any of these attempts. I understand that the 4-6 week fulfillment period is an estimate and may take longer but at a minimum, I would expect a response to one of my many contact attempts. The proof I received looked great and I would like to receive the product I order but simply cannot get in touch with the company, which seems like a common complaint.Business Response
