      The company didnt send me any shipping tracking info. I requested it. Then they sent me unusual looking plants. I requested a partial refund for $10.98 the price I paid for the 2 plants. I sent out picture of the strange plants social media and someone quickly responded telling me it was the type of plant I had ordered, but it was grown out of water, emersed. Not grown submerged like aquatic plants are grown. So it was the plants I had paid for. Just their appearance was completely different because it wasnt grown underwater. So I quickly went back to Aquarium plants.com and said I was mistaken and they had sent me what I paid for and I was done. The response is

      Please ask seller to provide proof of a refund. They cannot because they havent refund me. And what about the rude unprofessional comments? So to recap. AquariumPlants.com is lying about a refund and according to them Im an ass/prick. So no! Nothing has been resolved. Theyre just trying to worm their way out of this. What am I supposed to do if they havent refunded me anything?

      I made a purchase with the website on March 11th and got a paid receipt right away. Since then I have not heard or received anything from aquariumplants.com. According to their website it should have only taken 3 days to get my item. I have both emailed them and called them 6 times. No one has responded to my email and no one answers the phone.

      I ordered fresh aquarium plants 4 of them and they shipped 3, I talked to someone and they told me to check within papers and I did took fotos of packaging and sent email

      On June 5, 2023, I placed an order for dry goods only totaling $72.03. I have been charged for the order and, three weeks later, have still not received a shipment confirmation, tracking number, or any indication at all that my order #****** is actually going to be fulfilled. I have attempted to contact the business through the form on their website twice and once by email with absolutely no response. The website states that dry good shipments of in stock items are sent out regularly throughout the work week, so I am confused as to why it has taken more than three weeks for something to get done with absolutely no communication. I do not mind waiting if it is necessary, but the complete inaction and lack of response from the business makes me wonder if I've been scammed. I do not want a refund or store credit but just for my order to ship.

      this scam company pretends to have items in stock, and has stolen my $210.46 for order ****** its been over a week, still no refund. no tracking for shipment.
