      Very unusual/hateful response. Received an email regarding Order update / Cancelled, Refunded. The individual actually resorted to name calling. Claiming I gave them a bad review; which I did not do. Had no reason to, til now! Told me to go elsewhere?!?! Very bizarre! I've since found numerous bad reviews about these people. Stay away!

      Plants were delivered by UPS and box was crushed damaging 3 out of 4. I sent emails with pics to them as well as UPS since I believed they should be held accountable, not AP! No response after 26+ hours! Called and spoke to Mark who indicated he was busy and could not search for yesterday’s emails since they “get thousands of them each day”! He found one I sent today and stated that he “could not see any damage”, although it was a pic of the UPS box! He stated that someone would get back to me Monday or Tuesday of next week and then abruptly hung up the phone. NOTE: the condition of one of the plants sent was unsatisfactory with many stems rotting at the roots! Would not recommend dealing with this company! Mark phoned me after 9pm and demanded to know why I gave a bad review! I decided to treat him in the same manner as he did with him and disconnected the call! Then… Mark’s reply to my review… “YOU’RE A ****** SNOWFLAKE !” CLASSLESS!

      This place sells invasive non native plants as identified by ** ***********. Ruellia britonnia is banned, but this place sells it.
