      Slow, incorrect death certificate issued, agent sent correction to state of **, was surprised to learn that I needed a correct copy of this document. They are poor at core competencies.

      Their refund policy is BS! They try to keep your money when you cancel.

      My mother had prearranged your services. When she passed, your service was very kind, quick, and efficient. The funeral director was very caring and answered all of our questions. Neptune Society made a difficult situation and little bit easier. Thank you for your compassion.

      Ramon V. is a caring individual who answered all of my questions and helped me through the process of interning my husband. My husband and I had prearranged our final burial arrangements years ago through Neptune and I am so glad we did. Ramon helped reduce the stress at this time, making arrangements for internment seamless for me. My sincerest thanks.

      Our family wants to thank the Neptune Society in Bellingham for their caring staff during the loss of our mother (my mother-in-law). The administrative staff was kind as well as the Funeral Director, Lori Banes, she helped in what normally would be a difficult process, with her compassion. We are thankful our mother thought ahead of time to plan her wishes.
